| The so called BCS Buster took themselves out of the BCS picture today. BYU got beat down by FSU and Utah lost as well. The only one left is Boise and they played Fresno State ND's defense finally made a play at the end of the game, but they were lit up again. ND's offense is as good as anyones right now. After all of the talk about Florida layin a bunch of points on Tenn because of what Kiffin said when he got the job did not happen. Florida won, but they did not cover the 29.5 point spread. USC goes down and now they have to injuried QB's. This lose does not put them out of the National Championship just yet though. I hope that they still have QB problems when they play ND in Oct. Boise State has such a week schedule that I don't think they will be in the National title game, even if the go unbeaten. | |

| Texas Tech played a hell of a game no doubt. God I hate the Longhorns. | |

| Everyone was ready to kill FSU after barely beating Jacksonville State, but then again they played an overtime game 4 days before. So I think this proved FSU is another tough contender in the ACC. As far as the other scores, I'm not really shocked. Utah should of beaten Oregon though, Boise beat Oregon so it was one of those gimmie games at home. | |

| I still am not sold on the ACC because they lose to better, out of confrence teams. I know that VT beat Neb. but I am still not convinced. | |

| The SEC is the dominant conference. Maryland can't beat MTSU, and Vandy (6th in the SEC last year) beat Boston College (2nd ACC last year) ass in a bowl game.
The ACC won't be strong until both FSU and Miami are top 10 schools again.

| Miami was one catch away from being below FSU.
FSU is my favorite to make some noise in the ACC.
But things can change. | |

| Mamai has a good chance to move into the top 15. Hirbstreet, on ESPN, has them in his top 5.
Almost doesn't count FSU lost a very close game to the Canes, but they lost. Maimi is the one making the most noise so far.
