Hey guys,

Last week, Bret "The Hitman" Hart made his 1st appearance on Monday Night RAW for the very 1st time since the fall of 1997

Bret Hart was the 1st WWE Heavyweight Champion on RAW when it debut 17 years ago in January of 1993

On that night when The Hitman hosted RAW, Jericho and Big Show took on DX in a rematch for the Unified WWE World Tag Team Championship, but lost

However, when Bret Hart joined WCW in late 1997, The Hitman, Chris Jericho and Paul Wight all worked for WCW and in 1998, they all held championships @ the same time

On July 20, 1998 on WCW Monday Nitro, Paul Wight who wrestled as The Giant and Bret Hart both won championships that night

The Giant teamed up w/nWo Founder Scott Hall as they took on STING and Kevin Nash for the WCW World Tag Team Championship

It was nWo Hollywood vs. nWo Wolfpack

@ the end, Hall and The Giant def. The Icon and Big Sexy to win the WCW World Tag Team Championship

and later that same night, Bret Hart took on Diamond Dallas Page in a Top Contender's Main Event to determine the NEW WCW U.S. Heavyweight Champion

@ the end, it was The Hitman who def. The People's Champion of WCW to become the WCW U.S. Heavyweight Champion for the very 1st time

and also, Chris Jericho was the WCW Crusierweight Champion, but he would lose the belt to Juventud Guerrera, but then, he would def. Stevie Ray to win the WCW World Television Championship making him the only man in history to win the TV Belt in ECW and WCW

and as the WCW World Heavyweight Championship, it was in the hands of none other than Da Man known as Goldberg

However, in the fall of '98, Scott Hall and The Giant would lose the WCW World Tag Team Titles to Tag Team Specialist Rick Steiner better known as "The Dog Faced Gremlin" @ Halloween Havoc '98 and Chris Jericho would lose the WCW World TV Title to Konnan of the nWo Wolfpack

and as for the Bret Hart, he would win the WCW U.S. Title 3 times that year from Lex Luger and Diamond Dallas Page

and as for Goldberg, he would lose the WCW World Heavyweight Title to Kevin Nash thanks to Scott Hall and 8 days later, he would lay down for Hulk Hogan on Nitro, the same night Mick Foley won his 1st WWE Heavyweight Championship

and those are the facts on Bret Hart, Chris Jericho and Paul Wight as WCW Championship in 1998
