- As of this post, TNA has sold approximately 2,600 tickets for tomorrow night's Lockdown pay-per-view in St. Louis. The event's venue, the Family Arena, is being set up to hold 4,000 attendees, though it can hold 9,000.
That is really pathetic. I have been to WWE house shows, in small markets, that have had at twice as many people there.

| I don't like TNA anymore so I am not defending it but this actually if not that bad.
The arena would hold 4,000 - 9,000 people when there is no ring, Supports, ramp and all that jazz.
For TNA, It is decent. Not great but not that bad.

| The numbers look worse but I can think of WWE live events who drew similar numbers, and were held in bigger venues. I remember the last WWE house show I went to in Quebec City, there couldn't have been more than 2000 or 2200 people in a building that can seat about 15 000.
So, in that perspective, I think that TNA isn't doing that bad. As long as they keep booking small venues, they'll do fine.
