Three WWE NXT Rookies Eliminated, Daniel Bryan Update

- Despite saying that only one NXT Rookie would be eliminated this week, WWE eliminated three Rookies on last night's show. Daniel Bryan and Michael Tarver were eliminated for their "comments from last week" and Skip Sheffield was eliminated as a result of the Pro's Poll.

In Daniel Bryan's exit interview, he revealed his real name, Bryan Danielson, and said if you wanted to know what he accomplished prior to WWE, look up his real name. Bryan indicated that the Daniel Bryan character is done and he will now be known as Bryan Danielson, but that's not confirmed.

I actually never liked Daniel Bryan, despite all the hype about him, so I'm glad he got eliminated. I'm hoping Wade and Justin are the 2 that get the contracts.

No one gets handed anything in the WWE, even if you are a big Indy star. Punk is one of the WWE's biggest stars and is one of most successful Indy guys, but, it took him a year of being in OVW to get on WWE TV and another year to get to the main rosters.

Bryan will get his shot in the WWE when the time comes.
