Sadly, this isn't all that surprising in South American Soccer. A decapitation anywhere should be, but some of those South Americans get crazy when it comes to Soccer. It's been rife with violence and riots for decades now. Of course that comes with the low economy and depression in those countries too, but that doesn't excuse taking the life of another for a Soccer game. In England it is not as bad as it once was, Racism and Violence was still ever present as early this year. It will be interesting to see how the World Cup next year is handled in Brazil.
