Would these Tag Teams have won the WWE World Tag Team Titles?

Hey guys, I have a question for all of you:

Now, there are 4 Tag Teams from ECW (and some from WCW) that has competed in the WWE

Rob Van Dam & Sabu
Raven & Steven Richards
Chris Benoit & Dean Malenko
The late Public Enemy
Lance Storm & Justin Credible-The Impact Players

Rob Van Dam & Sabu held the ECW Tag Team Titles (twice)
Raven & Steven Richards held the ECW Tag Team Titles (twice as a Tag Team)
Chris Benoit & Dean Malenko held the ECW & WCW World Tag Team Titles
The late Public Enemy held the ECW, WCW & NWA World Tag Team Titles as well
The Impact Players have also held the ECW Tag Team Titles (twice)

and these man have competed in the WWE, as Tag Teams as well as Singles Competitors

Benoit & Malenko were also part of the group known as The Radicalz
RVD & Sabu competed as a Tag Team in the NEW ECW in the WWE
They also competed in the 10 Team Battle Royal the night after Wrestlemania 23 which was won by The Hardys
The late Public Enemy had a short stint in the WWE as well
Raven & Steven Richards have held the WWE Hardcore Title for a combined total of 48 times
But they have also competed in the WWE as well
Lance Storm and Justin Credible have both held Singles Gold in the WWE also

and so, I would like to know:

Do you think that these Tag Teams would've won the WWE World Tag Team Titles?

Oh, and BTW, Chris Benoit, Lance Storm and RVD have held Tag Team Gold in the WWE, but with different partners.

Rob Van Dam & Sabu and Chris Benoit & Dean Malenko could have been. No way Public Enemy would have ever been in the WWE.

Oh, I added something:

Public Enemy held the ECW, WCW and NWA World Tag Team Titles, but Public Enemy were not well liked backstage in the WWE

But also, what about the iMPACT! Players and Raven and Richards?

I don't think Raven would ever come back to WWE. But as CJ said Rob Van Dam & Sabu and Chris Benoit & Dean Malenko were the most likely choice.

RVD and Sabu had some great high flying, tag team offense and it would have been cool to see them in a TLC match with the Hardy's, E&C, and the Dudley Boyz.
