and so, in honor of her 40th Birthday, I would like to know:

What is your favorite Gwen Stefani Song w/No Doubt and as a Solo Act?

My favorite would have to be Hands Down Hollaback Girl (The Clean Version)

The Sweet Escape is definitely my favourite song by her. I'll mention Cool and Hollaback Girl too - they're good too. On a side note, she's freakin' hot. =D

Oh and I liked that track she did with Pharrell called Can I Have It Like That.

For my favourite song that she's done solo, well...it hasn't come out yet. But it'll be her last one.

I agree with Cal though about her age, she certainly doesn't look 40.

"Sweet Escape" isn't horrible so that would be my favorite she has done by herself. I'll just mention that, "Hollaback Girl" is one of my least favorite songs ever.

"Sunday Morning" with No Doubt. That whole album was fucking amazing. Too bad they changed their sound and never went back.

"What You Waiting For?" is my fave solo track she's done.

Hollaback Girl was an amazing song, I still constantly have it stuck in my head. I also really liked Don't Speak from when she was in No Doubt.

When she was with No Doubt, Don't Speak became their 1st #1 Hit on Adult Radio and their 1st #1 Hit in Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland, Sweden, The UK, The Netherlands and their 1st Top 10 Hit in France and Their 3rd Top 10 Modern Rock Hit

and also, Hollaback Girl became Gwen Stefani's 1st #1 Solo Hit on the Pop Chart & Mainstream Radio here in America and her 2nd #1 Solo Hit in Australia

If not for "Hollaback Girl" I would've never learned how to spell bananas
