- Vince Russo approached A.J. Styles. Russo was upset because he had heard that Styles told Dixie Carter that he thought it would be a good idea if there were a wrestler on the creative team. Russo blew up and then Styles returned fire about being booked as a weak champion.

It seems something has to give with these 2. It would be a huge mistake to make Styles unhappy and force him to leave TNA.

Theres nothing wrong with being booked as a weak champion is there? Well I certainly dun see anything wrong in it. AJ has always been booked as a loser, no point suddenly turning him to Super Styles.

If you're booked as a weak champion, then, your championship belt loses total credibility. It's Booking 101. It is one thing to book a champion as being vulnerable but clearly, other than his victory over Sting at Bound For Glory, Styles shows absolutely nothing. He got pinned in a tag match by Kevin Nash, who's not even in the TNA World Heavyweight Championship picture. This absolutely doesn't make sense here.
