Former ECW World Heavyweight Champion "The Boss" Bobby Lashley vs. Former WCW World Heavyweight Champion "Big Poppa Pump" Scott Steiner

TNA X DIVISION CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH
TNA Turning Point 2009 LOWDOWN 4-7
Homicide vs. The Amazing Red

TNA KNOCKOUTS TAG MATCH: ALL TITLES ON THE LINE
TNA Turning Point 2009 LOWDOWN 5-8
The Beautiful People vs. Sarita, Taylor Wilde & ODB

6-MAN TAG TEAM MATCH
TNA Turning Point 2009 LOWDOWN 7-7
Team 3D & Rhino vs. Matt Morgan, Hernandez and D'Angelo Dinero

THE AWESOME 6-SIDES OF STEEL MATCH
TNA Turning Point 2009 LOWDOWN 6-9
Awesome Kong vs. Tara

Styles, Daniels & Joe collided in the ring under 3-Way Rules for the NWA-TNA X Division Championship in 3 different PPV's:
4 years ago @ UNBREAKABLE on September 11, 2005, Styles won the 1st fall in the Main Event to win the X-Division Title for a 5th time
@ Against All Odds 2006, Joe won the 2nd fall to retain the X-Division Tilte and the following month @ Destination X, Daniels won the 3rd fall when he recaptured the X-Division Title for a 2nd time after 6 months of losing the title in a match that helped put TNA on the map-Ultimate X

and also, 4 years ago @ Turning Point, Samoa Joe def. AJ Styles to win his 1st NWA-TNA X Division Championship and he would also capture his 2nd X-Division Title when he def. Daniels on iMPACT! back in April of 2006

Samoa Joe also holds 2 victories @ Turning Point over AJ Styles and Kurt Angle

and now, these 3 men will collide again, this time for the TNA World Heavyweight Championship

Will Styles hold on to the TNA World Title, will the underdog known as Daniels capture the TNA World Heavyweight Title for the very 1st time or will Samoa Joe recapture TNA Heavyweight Gold for a 2nd time after 13 months of losing the belt?

Will The British Invasion hold on to TNA Tag Team Gold, will the Motor City Machine Guns capture TNA Tag Team Gold for the very 1st time or will the Red Hot Tag Team known as Beer Money recapture the TNA World Tag Team Titles for a record setting 4th time?

Will Kurt Angle FINALLY put Desmond Wolfe in his place?

Will the Former ECW World Heavyweight Champion Bobby Lashley finally get his revenge on Former WCW World Heavyweight Champion Scott Steiner?

Will Homicide recapture the X Gold for a 2nd time or will The Amazing Red prove that he is too much for Homicide?

Will The Beautiful People RULE the Knockouts Division by capturing all of the TNA Knockout Gold or will ODB and Company put The Beautiful People in their places?

4 years ago, Rhino debut in TNA when he showed up @ the very 1st No Surrender and @ the very 1st Bound For Glory PPV, Rhino captured the NWA World Heavyweight Championship and Team 3-D arrived in TNA @ the very 1st iMPACT! on SPIKE TV and @ the very 1st genesis PPV, Team 3-D & Rhino took it to the extreme when they teamed up for the very 1st time as they def. the cornerstones of TNA-Jeff Jarrett, James Storm and Chris Harris and the following month @ the 2nd Turning Point PPV, Team 3-D def. AMW's Storm & Harris in a Tables Match, but Rhino came close on recapturing the NWA World Heavyweight Championship from The King of the Mountain

Rhino is the 4th man in history to hold the ECW World Heavyweight Championship and the NWA World Heavyweight Championship

Team 3-D became the team to hold Tag Team Gold-ECW, WCW, WWE, SD!, NWA, IGWP and of course TNA

and now, 4 years later, Team 3-D & Rhino have reunited and they will take on the futures of TNA-Matt Morgan, Hernandez and his partner The Pope and Team 3-D is undefeated @ Turning Point w/a record of 2-0

Can the Rookies of TNA overcome Team 3-D & Rhino or will the ECW Originals take the 3 Rookies to school and will Team 3-D make it 3 for 3?

5 years ago @ the very 1st Turning Point, the TNA Fans witnessed the very 1st 6-Sides of Steel on a LIVE 3 hr. TNA PPV
AMW-James Storm & Chris Harris took on Triple X's Daniels and Primetime in which the losing team must disband from TNA

Primetime stole the show when he pulled off of the THE biggest spots in TNA History

However, AMW by using Triple X's move, would def. Triple X @ their own game and as a result, Triple X was no more, but they would reunite 3 years later @ TNA Victory Road '07

and now, 5 years later, their will be another 6 Sides of Steel, this time, 2 women will be in the Cage

Tara & Awesome Kong

Tara has came to TNA since leaving the WWE and the fans were on their feet when she made an iMPACT! and Awesome Kong has been in TNA for 2 years and has put everybody on notice

Kong lost both of them and Angelina Love captured the TNA Gold for the very 1st time and Kong and Tara were once a Tag Team, but when it came to the Battle Royal after Victory Road, all hell broke loose and now, these 2 will finally settle the score

Awesome Kong had been in the 6-Sides of Steel (twice)

Last Year @ Lockdown, Awesome Kong & Raisha Saeed took on Gail Kim & The ODB and earlier this year @ Lockdown in Philly, Awesome Kong defended the TNA Women's Knockout Title against Former Champ Taylor Wilde & Angelina Love

Tara has also competed in a Steel Cage Match as well, back in 2003 on RAW Roulette II, Tara def. Amy Dumas formally known as Lita when she escaped the cage

and also, Kong and Tara are both Former TNA Women's Knockout Champions, Kong held it (twice) and Tara held it once when she def. Angelina Love on iMPACT! and Kong has held the NWA World Women's Title for 11 months and Tara is a Former 2x WWE Women's Champion

and Kong has lost twice @ Turning Point, in 2007, she was Disqualified in her match against Gail Kim and last year, she and Saeed lost to Taylor Wilde & Roxxi

WHO WILL WIN THE WAR?

Will Kong finally put an end to losing streak or will Tara overcome the Awesome One?

That's the Question!

Well you get the answers to these questions and a whole lot more when you tune in to the 6th Annual TNA Turning Point

LIVE tomorrow night on PPV

I don't know why you ask the question about Hogan showing up at Turning Point when it's been confirmed that Hogan will only debut on-air in January 2010. Besides, he's about to start the Hulkamania tour in Australia so he doesn't have any time to show up on PPV.

As for the card itself:

-I know that the World Heavyweight Title match will be as good as the one they had at Unbreakable but I truly believe that AJ Styles has been booked very poorly as a champion. I'm thinking that Vince Russo does it on purpose, like each time AJ reminds him that he could look stronger, Russo immediately books him in a weak position. Excluding the house shows, I think that AJ only got 1 victory since he won the title and that's his title defense at Bound For Glory. So, I really hope that AJ will retain in convincing fashion. I'm also assuming that Tomko will return as AJ's mystery attacker during the main event.

-I'm a big Beer Money fan so I'm hoping they'll get their belts back but I truly am intrigued as to how the MCMG will gel in this match. They have a totally different style than Beer Money or the Brits but Alex Shelley can do pretty well in technical wrestling so I'm looking forward to eventually see how he'll do with Doug Williams when they'll be together in the same ring.

-I like the fact that they threw Nigel McGuinn....er...Desmond Wolfe quickly with their top draw in Kurt Angle. I'm expecting a good match as well, but I wish that Kurt was in a better physical condition. If this was 2000 Kurt Angle, we would be in store for a classic.

-Lashley vs Steiner....ugh....

-TNA creative put a lot of emphasis on Homicide's brutal and crazy side recently and we barely saw Amazing Red between Bound 4 Glory and Turning Point so I'm expecting Homicide to get the rub and regain the X-Division title. He stands out a lot from the rest of the World Elite so that makes me pretty interested to see how far will they go with Homicide. He was denied his release a couple of months ago but I sense that TNA is willing to commit themselves to make Homicide matter in the X-Division title picture so that's good for me.

-I love to watch Lacey Von Erich but please, let ODB, Taylor Wilde & Sarita retain their titles. Lacey is NOWHERE near ready to hold any kind of title.

-The 6-men tag seems to be the result of another "grey line policy" of Russo where there aren't no clear cut faces or heels in this match. Team 3D entered their promo last Thursday as babyfaces but now, they're kinda heels by association because of Rhino. Reverse situation for D'Angelo Dinero, but this gonna make for an interesting match as well. It looks like TNA put in the same team the 3 guys they want to build around the most in the future.

-Kong vs Tara will be brutal....in the stiff sense of the word!

It could be a great PPV if TNA play their hand well.

I corrected it and thanks.

But also, I think that this will be an AWESOME TNA PPV, of course since I am a TNA Fanatic.

Hey guys,

Here are the results from last night's TNA Turning Point PPV:

RESULTS FROM SUNDAY'S "TURNING POINT" PAY-PER-VIEW EVENT: AN EPIC MAIN EVENT, AJ STYLES RETAINS, ANGLE VS. WOLFE AMAZES AND MORE!

Missed Sunday's "Turning Point" epic event? You can catch the replay all month on your Pay-Per-View provider! Check your programming guide for times and availability.

QUICK RESULTS:

- X Title: The Amazing Red defeated Homicide
- All Titles On Line: ODB/Sarita/Wilde defeated The Beautiful People
- Tag Title: British Invasion defeated Beer Money and Motor City Machine Guns
- Cage Match: Tara defeated Awesome Kong
- Rhino & Team 3D defeated The Pope, Hernandez & Matt Morgan
- No DQ: Scott Steiner defeated Bobby Lashley
- Kurt Angle defeated Desmond Wolfe by submission
- TNA World Title: AJ Styles retained over Samoa Joe and Daniels

Here are the results from Sunday's "Turning Point" Pay-Per-View event:

- The Amazing Red (with Don West providing live commentary) defeated Homicide to retain the X Division Championship. After blocking a top rope hurricanrana attempt by Homicide, Amazing Red was able to hit his Code Red finisher for the win in the end. After the bout, West congratulated Red on the successful defense.

- Knockouts Champion ODB and Knockouts Tag Team Champions Taylor Wilde and Sarita defeated The Beautiful People after ODB got the win on Madison Rayne after a TKO.

- The British Invasion defeated Beer Money and The Motor City Machine Guns to retain the TNA Tag Team Championship. The bout saw Kevin Nash come out to take the Global Championship from Eric Young, then Nash nailed James Storm with the title on the outside of the ring, allowing The British Invasion to get the win over Robert Roode inside the ring.

- In a 6 Sixes of Steel cage match, Tara defeated Awesome Kong after a huge splash off the top of the structure for the pin. After powerbombing Kong from the ropes, Tara had her chance to climb out, but chose to finish off Kong with the big move for the victory!

- A video package aired highlighting Hulk Hogan joining TNA Wrestling, also featuring Eric Bischoff and TNA President Dixie Carter

- Rhino and Team 3D defeated The Pope, Hernandez and Matt Morgan. After tremendous six-man action, in the end Team 3D used a chair on Hernandez as he was attempting his Border Toss finisher, allowing Rhino to hit his GORE finisher on Hernandez to get the win!

- In a bloody, no-disqualification, Falls Count Anywhere battle, Scott Steiner was able to defeat Bobby Lashley. The bout went all over the arena, with Steiner eventually smashing Lashley at the Spanish Announce Table with a metal rod from the scaffolding for the win. After the chaotic match, Lashley pushed off paramedics and walked out on his own power, later saying that his war with Steiner downlowas far from over.

- In an amazing match, Olympic Gold Medalist Kurt Angle defeated British newcomer Desmond Wolfe. Each man went back and forth trading high-impact and submission moves, resulting in chants of "This Is Awesome!" from the fans in attendance. In the end, Wolfe managed to fight off Angle's Ankle Lock submission, but ended up tapping out to Angle's triangle choke! The Olympic Gold Medalist won the battle, but Wolfe proved without a shadow of a doubt that he is certainly a major force in TNA Wrestling!

- In a three-way classic, "The Phenomenal" AJ Styles retained the TNA World Championship, beating Daniels and Samoa Joe. The bout may have surpassed their original epic battle in 2005, as the fans in the arena were in total amazement! Certainly, Match Of The Year material! In the end, Samoa Joe went for his Muscle Buster finisher, but Daniels hit his STO instead. Daniels hit the Best Moonsault Ever and went for the pin, but AJ Styles nailed a springboard 450 splash on Joe and Dnaiels. AJ tossed Daniels aside and got the pin on Joe to retain the World Title! Daniels was shocked that he lost by such a narrow margin, while Joe looked on in anger! AJ Styles celebrates as still the TNA World Heavyweight Champion!

Tune into Thursday's "iMPACT!" on SpikeTV starting at 9/8c for the aftermath of the Pay-Per-View, plus more news on Hulk Hogan joining TNA Wrestling!
