The latest news in the Tiger Woods saga is that Elin Nordegren has decided to file for divorce.

People magazine quotes a source as saying of Elin, "She plans to leave Tiger," while another source tells the publication, "She's made up her mind. There's nothing to think about: he's never going to change."

A high-profile divorce attorney in Florida adds that Nordegren has met with lawyers to renegotiate the prenuptial agreement, according to People.

And there will be no reconciliation over the holidays. A source told the New York Post that Elin is "planning to go somewhere warm and Tiger-free for Christmas."

Meanwhile, Us Weekly claims that Tiger Woods and Rachel Uchitel, one of his several alleged mistresses, "are not over."

Good is all I have to say about this. I hope she takes half of his fuckin money too

Everyone knew that Tiger Wood's scandal would eventually be spoofed by the porn industry as an excuse to sell some DVDs and engage in sex in the process. Today, we have the cover for what's being called the "official porn parody" of the golfer's exploits. Check it out below.

The movie is titled "Tiger's Wood" and stars Tyler Knight as Tiger and Kayden Kross as Tiger's wife Elin Nordegren. Other porn stars in the flick will play celebrity lawyer Gloria Allred and mistresses Rachel Uchitel and Jaimee Grubbs.

We reported early Wednesday morning that the Tiger Woods divorce buzz was growing ever more credible. We've just learned more details, and let's put it this way: Elin Nordegren's getting her claws out.

Nordegren, who's in talks for a deal to represent Puma, has been referred to by friends as "tough" and "a fighter." Apparently Tiger's infidelity scandal has far from ruined her, and when she walks into divorce court, she wants to make sure she's armed with all the information on his extramarital affairs. A source close to Nordegren says that she doesn't want to "rush into divorce": "[Elin is] going to take her sweet time. She wants all the dirty laundry to be out on the table before she signs anything."

Smart girl. If the divorce proceeds as has been predicted and Elin plays all her cards right, it's rumored she could get as much as half of Tiger Woods' billion-dollar fortune and entitlements to the five properties he owns around the world (including his yacht Privacy, on which he's said to be holing up with Rachel Uchitel this week).

Sources say that Elin feels divorce is best for her family, and protecting her children is always her priority. In fact, some sources say that Elin has kicked Tiger out of the house and he only drops by for therapy with her in the evenings. Plus, as we reported Wednesday, she's been spotted this week moving belongings out of the house...looks like this is one marriage that's in the bunker.

They might've had a pre-nup that said. "BTW if Tiger cheats on her with multiple women she is entitled to burning his boat and taking over 50% of his possessions."

Pre-nups can be modified or voided, if there are extramerital affairs involed. When Tiger fucked his little golf groups, he also fucked himself and effectively voided the 20 million dollar pre-nup that they signed.

I don't believe there would be any clause about him cheating in the pre-nup. After it came out, it was Elin who sought to modify the pre-nup, so there must not have been any consequence to Tiger for cheating at that point. Unless she changed it, then the next day divorced him or something, which would be a pretty asshole thing to do.

Most pre-nups have stipulations about infedlity. It is almost automatic. They would have had to take it out because it is always in the pre-nup. Besides, can be challenged in court, especialy if she gets her the most ball busting lawyer she can find, which she will. She is going to take half of his shit.
