[quote]The main feud starting in the new year will be Hulk Hogan, Kurt Angle and Dixie Carter on one side with Mick Foley and Jeff Jarrett working as heels on the other side. (source: Wrestling Observer Newsletter)

-- Scott Hall's name continues to come up due to past association with Hulk Hogan and Kevin Nash. Hall, who is now fifty-one years old, has been working more frequently on the independent circuit on shows with Sid Vicious. Although recent reports regarding his condition at the indy shows have been positive, there are still some bad feelings over a pay-per-view no-show two years ago. It's no secret that Nash has Dixie Carter's ear, but he has been telling people he's not aware of any plans for Hall to return to the organization. (source: www.prowrestling.net)

Angle, Hogan and Dixie vs Foley and Jarrett? That sounds awful although I'll give them a chance to make it work. I can't see it being anything other than tedious though; those names have been exposed so much over the past ten years - and with each other in TNA already. I'd rather see them work with some different guys, some up and coming stars or something. I guess we'll just have to see how it turns out.

Scott Hall is one of my top ten favourites ever but he has nothing to offer TNA in 2009. His in-ring ability is sub-par these days and his star power has fallen; it's not like he'd still draw attention like Hulk Hogan. So I hope Hall doesn't return; it wouldn't be in his or TNA's best interests.

Did you catch Impact this week? It was filled with vignettes, and backstage segments, and a few short match. The only really good match was Wolfe vs. Daniels and tha was followed by a short, 8 man tag main event. Te he point I am getting to with this is Impact is already filled with backstage and promo segments. I am certian most of this feud will take place outside of the ring and that will mean more non wrestling segments. To me, that is a bad idea and that is one of the things WWE Raw gets dumped on for. Raw does give the guest host thing a lot of TV time, but they still have more wrestling then TNA.
