Avatar

So, I went to see Avatar the other day after wanting to see it since I saw the trailer. I was worried that it was being hyped up way too much and that it was gonna disappoint, but wow... it's amazing. Have any of you guys seen it yet? If so, what did you think of it? I thought that it was possibly one of the best films of the decade, the special effects were just mind blowing, and I can't wait to see the sequel.

I didn't see it yet, but my friend is like...super high on getting me there. He keeps saying like "oh it took so much money, it must be good". I don't quite buy that, but I've still heard good reviews about it (i.e. this one) and I'll probably go based on those.

Yeah.. I don't think the money aspect makes a film good, tbh. Obviously the special effects are amazing, but it also has a really good plot and some great actors in it.. all of them together make it one hell of a film, so yeah, you should definitely go see it.

Saw it today. 3 1/2 hours long but what a great film it was. Great action, the avatars took awhile to get use to but definitely a great film.

A must see

i hope it'll be worth all the hype ... i'm eager to watch it ....
