The Latest On Sting's Future In TNA

At this time, a new contract has been offered to current TNA superstar Sting. There is no word if he has accepted the deal. Sting's current contract expires at the end of 2007, and he is not expected back with the company prior to that point as he is taking a break until January to spend time with his family.

Sting's original plan was to retire at the end of 2007, but TNA would like to re-sign him for one more year.

o the suspense, will sting sing or not?

why would he only wrestle a year?

because he wants to retire soon.

If he wanted to retire he should of just stayed gone, that would be like Y2J comming back for only a month.

maybe its just hard for him to stop wrestling or something.

As we have been reporting Sting is finished with TNA until he signs a new contract. There is still not guarantee that Sting will sign, however, Dixie Carter really wants him to return to the company. If TNA wants to keep the Stinger expect them to offer him a monster contract with a very limited schedule. The company had him pinned clean by Kurt Angle at last month’s Genesis pay-per-view just in case it was his final match in TNA.

TNA is also having a tour on Mexico, so if Sting doesn't sing the contrat, his very last match would be in Mexico.
