Posted by: Corey Santiago Source: Sherdog.com Evgeni Kogan, M-1 Global’s director of operations, has revealed that WAMMA heavyweight champion, Fedor Emelianenko has not decided to retire from MMA anytime soon despite the champions interest in going into politics.
Speaking via Sherdog.com, Kogan said: “He will easily be able to do both. There has never been talk of one replacing the other.”
Fedor will return to action when steps inside the Strikeforce cage on June 26 when he takes on Fabricio Werdum in San Jose, California. The day before his fight will be the Russian primary elections and will be his first step into the world of politics.
Since he only fights once a year, I don't see why he could not do both. | |

| UFC would make him fight the world's top heavywieghts and not Bret Rogers. Remeber when Couture really wanted the fight against Fedor? Fedor would probably take that fight now that Randy is 46. | |
