Season twelve of The Ultimate Fighter has started taping, with the season debut scheduled for September 15 on SPIKE TV. The live finale is set to take place at The Pearl at the Palms Resort in Las Vegas, Nevada on December 4.

Sources close to the show told MMAJunkie.com the show’s live finale will take place at the Las Vegas resort on December 4. This season will feature twenty eight lightweights, using the same format that was used for season eleven.

UFC Welterweight champion, Georges St. Pierre, will be one of the coaches on the upcoming season. St.Pierre will be opposed by Welterweight number one contender, Josh Koscheck, whom he will fight later in the year for the UFC Welterweight championship.

So you can pretty much count backwards and figure out when the season will start.

I don't have to count. It says it will start on Sept 15 and that is almost the same time season 10 started.
