TNA Slammiversary Surprise: Paul Heyman!? - Creative Overhaul

It is being reported that TNA President Dixie Carter has had a phone conservation with Paul Heyman in the last week. In a report released today by Jason Powell of ProWrestling.net he notes that Carter has given him some exclusive comments regarding the surprise but has not revealed who or what it may be.

Once again the speculation points toward Heyman who is arguably one of the hottest free agents that TNA have yet to sign. PWInsider.com are reporting that there has also been talks of brining in Kevin Sullivan a former member of the WCW booking committee.

If Heyman and Sullivan are brought in they would be responsible for a complete overhaul of TNA's creative department.

We must stress that we cannot confirm if TNA has hired Heyman or Sullivan however something big is stirring in TNA again and this is backed up by comments made on Dixie Carter's twitter today which read: TNA's about to change forever. Can't wait to share it w/you, my staff, the talent".

This rumor has come up over and over again and I will believe it when I see it. Paul E would compell me to watch TNA, but I will not get excited about it yet.

I might watch if Heyman gets creative control.
