| - This past Thursday's episode of TNA iMPACT on Spike TV scored a 1.09 cable rating with 1,436,000 viewers.
- The LAW reports that new promotional material sent out for TNA's ECW-themed August pay-per-view has a new name for the show - Hardcore Justice: One Last Stand. A new commercial for the show features fans chanting "ECW." It will be interesting to see how WWE reacts, if they do at all, to TNA using ECW to promote their product. | |

| WWE obviously can't stop fans from chanting it, but I think they can stop TNA from using that. WWE will probably request that they stop and file and injunction to make them stop. An injunction would make them stop until a court heard the case and by then, it would be too late for TNA anyway. After WWE does this, they will be hated by the WWE Haters for it, but WWE owns the rights to ECW and that is the bottomline. | |
