| - The Connecticut Democratic State chairwoman Nancy DiNardo has filed a complaint with the Federal Election Commission to determine whether Linda McMahon’s Senate campaign is responsible for the new “Stand Up for WWE” campaign. DiNardo issued a statement earlier this week claiming that WWE was unfairly trying to get voters to vote for McMahon. McMahon campaign spokesman Ed Patru calls the complaint “utterly baseless” and says the campaign doesn’t coordinate with WWE. For more on this, visit WashingtonPost.com.
- Former WWE Diva Trish Stratus attended the Bell Celebrity Gala last week in Toronto. The event was to raise money for the Center for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) Foundation. $1.16 million was raised. | |

| How is this different then when any other publically traded company show public support for a candidate? Virtually every other form of Media publically backs a candidate. Hell, every liberal media outlet was not shy about supporting Obama 2 years ago. I will tell you what the difference is. Linda is a Rep. and that means that the Dem's can be giant ass bag hypocrites and pretend they are above using a highly visable company to get elected, but fuck them, because everyone already knows that they are hypocrites. I don't know that Linda will win, but I do think that a lot of Liberals are going to lose the State and Federal Senate Seats. | |
