| FCW is the WWE Development Territory, so most of the wrestlers there are under contract with the WWE. There might be a few FCW contracted wrestlers, but mostly WWE contracts. Why would I know something like this? OVW was the WWE Development territory for many years and I live very close to the home of OVW, so I followed it very closely for about 6 years. | |
