New ECW Champ

What does everyone think of Chavo Guerrero as champ? Is this a good move for the ECW brand? And does this new partnership with Vickie and Edge mean that the talent exchange will continue for a while? (I really hope not!)

Still waiting for the day that Shelton actually accomplishes something.

Haha, yeah me too. I was actually hoping that he would be the next ECW champion but I guess not. I think he is talented enough both in the ring and on the mic to carry ECW for a while. On the other hand though, it is nice that there was actually a title change on television that wasn't the tag team titles.

Well Shelton is undefeated on ECW. Anyways I thought it was BS and knew that the title would change hands when they announced a DQ match.

The move sucks, your taking a brand's only title and move it to Smackdown and give us shitty tag belts then you need a swift kick in the nuts, they could at least made it MVP instead of some coat riding cruiserweight....

This move is the worst I've seen from WWE in a long while. I mean really....Chavo? I broke another remote because of this one. Someone it found its way to my wall.

Chavo is a good wrestler but he's never really been over and isn;t very charismatic. This is a bad move by WWE, CM Punk was doing well as champ but if he'd had to of dropped the strap then it should of been to the talented but misused Shelton Benjamin or a debuting Ron Killings.

He's probably just a transitional champion.

Yeah I think this is just to builf up a heel stable for Edge and his "family" I expect to see The Edge-Heads get the tag titles soon.

Chavo being champ doesn't make sense to me. I did think however that a new champ could be good, but Chavo? I hate the way Edge intervenes in everything, it just makes it too predictable. I have a feeling though that CM Punk and Chavo are going to have a rematch and the title will change once more.

I have a feeling that Punk will be in the rumble and will be the last ECW superstar in the rumble which will mean Punk will get a title shot and win the title back.
