Thoughts on young and does he need a push

Ok i wanted your guys thought on eric young and his future.Basically things like is he world title material and stuff anywho here are my thoughts...

Recently i have been shocked at what TNA have been doing with eric young.Stuff like eric being sharkboy's sidekick type of guy and stuff it really bothers me.When he first hit TNA he had a full on shy gimmick which i thought was a great way to push young when tna feels the right time.But it is as if they have changed there mind.he won a battle royal at BFG 07 and where is his shot.

Eric young is also a very safe athelete i mean he knows how to execute everythign correctly and isnt a risk in the ring.he is very old school also with his movset which would be brilliant for a push but TNA dont get it.they give the title to two guys christian cage and kurt angle.Sure they are a great talent but they are making the same mistakes WCW did in the early 2000's with booker t and jeff jarrett.

So seriosuly what the hell is happening.the have all these guys and there doing a damn thing about it except putting them in sad gimmicks were there either fighting over a belt for a beer drinking contest or a mouse.Also even on a sadder not TNA has bought in 2 new faces Curryman and raisha saeed.First with curryman,One of the worst gimmicks ever Like is he suppose to be mr Fuji or soemthing cause it is way to sad to even be on TV.The next person this raisha lady look i aint rasict but come on a muslim in wrestling what is wrestling turning into.Sure she is muslim but that aint the point its the gimmick it is just sad and useless and cant get anywhere using it anyway but to eric.


I Think eric could carry the title quite well a bit like what i said with tomko.he has an amazing charisma and in ring talent and Tna really need to open there eyes before WWE discovers him.

What i think eric should do with tomko and maybe AJ is build a Kliq backstage it would be a very smart move in my opinion and could work well for their carrers.

as far as Eric Young being World title material I really don't want that thought entering my head, Eric Young really is just a comedy act and even that has got stale. Maybe if this question was asked whilst he was in Team Canada I would have still said no, but he could be elevated to the Main Event.

People like Eric Young they are the entertainment aspect of the show, no doubt he is a pretty good wrestler but since leaving Team Canada and the whole don't fire Eric crap. Which got stale in a hurry, he will probably float around the mid card for several years. I don't see him being a serious contender for the title like AJ, Angle and Christian Cage or even Tomko for that matter.

But saying that whilst Vince Russo has a hand in creative anything can happen, his tenure in WCW proved that.

I don't think TNA takes Eric Young seriously.

Remember that angle with Robert Roode? Remember when they had that match at Slammiversery for Eric Young's freedom? Eric Young won and as soon as he made the pin the audience went buts. They were cheering and yelling. Eric Young looked like a huge star. And what did they do?

"TO THE BACK!"

Instead of letting this victory that Eric Young had been working for almost a year sink. Instead of letting the people at home see how much the fans loved Eric Young, we had to run to the back for some random interview.

TNA doesn't care about Eric Young. They likely don't want him to main event. He's just another goof on the show.

I don't know about the "drinking championship" thing, but I think Eric Young would perform just fine wherever he's at. I agree that the belt needs to come off of Kurt Angle and Christian Cage. As for what you're saying about the rest of the talent, well... you've left out some of the most talented people on their roster, but I'll let that slide.

In case you didn't know, Curry Man is Christopher Daniels. Also, Raisha Saeed... is Caucasian. Ever wonder why Curry Man wears a mask, and why Saeed is always hidden behind her veil? These are things they don't want you to know.

Also, I really don't like Tomko. Nothing personal, he's just nothing special to me.

I think that Eric Young is great,really,he is a good wrestler,and he can draw great rection from the fans!But like Oldyboy said before me,Young is the entertiment part of the show,he brings the entrtiment to the show!No doubt Eric is a good wrestler,and can put up good matchs,but I don't think he is a World Title matrial,I just can't see him winning the World Title!

As Far as the Drinking Title,I think this title is just pointless!TNA made the design and the spinner just to make a joke about the Spinner WWE title,and its not funny for me!I think that if TNA really wants to add a new title,then they just need to add it,because the Drinking Title is just a shame to the Wrestling titles history!I mean c'mon having a drinking Championship,and fight for it in a Ladder match?I think that Eric does deserve a push,but I afried he is going to be stuck is the mid-card for most of his carrer!

I can see him as a X-Division Champ,though,I think that the X-Division is all about excitment,and Eric Young bring just that to every match,and the fans like to see him,and also like I said he can put some great matchs!People may said that making Eric Young the X-Division Champ will bmake the X-Division look like a Joke,but I don't think so!Like I said the X-Division is all about excitment,and thats what Eric Young bring to the Table!

Also I think that maybe teaming him with another "Funny" guy like Curry man or Shark Boy will be cool,and let them have a run for the tag Titles,or teaming him with some serious Wrestler like Sting,or Christian or even Tomko,and then it will be intersting to see what will happen then!With Christian it could be like Team Canada again,or Like Christian is is mantor,and he is teaching him who to be a better wrestler(can be done with Sting too)!

Thats all I have to say about Eric Young!Overall I think its always good to see him,he does good promos,have good mic skills,and good wrestling skills,and I do think he deserves a push!I just don't think it should be for the World Title,at least this early in his carrer,because I don't think he is ready,and he is just not a World Title matrial as far as I can see!

Eric IS a great wrestler. He can perform well and is ready to do anything to entertain the fans. Because of the fact that he is both entertaining and a great wrestler, he should get a World Title. But is present gimmick is not the best.
