While the ratings for Raw appear to be low, it's not really as bad it seems. Anywhere from 8 to 10% of Raw viewers DVR the show on a weekly basis. 410,000 viewers watched last week's edition of Raw on DVR, or about 8%, meaning the actual rating was closer to a 3.45. The final rating was a 3.18. Besides The Hills on MTV, WWE Raw is the most DVRed cable show in the country. So if you take DVR viewing into account, the rating for Raw would really be about 0.3 points higher. However, the same can't be said for SmackDown, ECW and TNA Impact as 3.3% (or less) of the viewers of those shows watch it on DVR.
