The latest news on Floyd "Money" Mayweather

Floyd Mayweather has recently been saying that there are no plans to return to WWE, but he is open to it, loved working with them, and is looking forward to working with them again. Mayweather said that he would only do it if he got the same deal he did for WrestleMania, which looks unlikely as things stand right now. The only way WWE could justify giving Floyd that same huge payoff would be if Oscar De La Hoya or Ricky Hatton got in the ring as well. WWE has likely learned from WCW’s work with Dennis Rodman, who drew one of the biggest buyrates in history for his match against Karl Malone but noly drew any attention for his next match with Randy Savage.

Meh, for someone who surprisinly had no mic skills, it really isn't that big of a loss if he doesn't come back. Especially if WWE has to pay him the same for a regular appearance. If he wants to work with WWE again at that price, he'll have to wait at least until the next WM, and even then people would probably not care about him anymore.

I didn't like the idea anyway because there are wrestlers who bust their ass all year to wrestle at Mania and he gets one of the markey spots on the biggest show of the year, that is bullshit and I hope that he doesn't come back to WWE TV for any reason.

If I never see him again I'll be be very happy.
