Brandon Webb's shutout streak ended

His streak came to an end at 42 innings from a first inning one out single by Prince Fielder. But there was still good to come out of this game for him, he won his sixth straight start and is now 14-8 with an ERA of 2.63. The record for consecutive shutout innings is held by Orel Hershiser (sp.) at 59 innings.
