| After a great deal of speculation regarding his future with TNA Wrestling, it now appears Christian Cage will remain with the company. Backstage sources indicate that he did not intend to leave the company and reports coming out about his possible departure were untrue. Cage expressed to WWE officials that he had no interest in re-signing with them. TNA believes if Christian were to leave that he would have made his intentions known by now. | Well, I was actually pulling for Christian going to WWE but, I guess this is probably best, TNA needs him more then WWE does. | |

| He'd get some main event time with something to do with Edge if he went back but he wont do aswell.
In TNA he's not just a main eventer he's one of their biggest names and the turning point as he was their first big contract

| This is great news IMO but only if he is used right. i mean he is getting shoved in the mid card when he shouldbe in the world title picture. Either way its great news to see christian still with TNA! | |

| This is the best for both Edge and Christian. As mentioned above, he'll probably get some face time with Edge in the main event for a bit. But I think in the long run, WWE would value Edge more and keep him in the main event while Christian slowly slips away. Or even worse, they put them back together as a tag team again and neither will get to main event. | |

| Cage is doing great in TNA, a lot better than he would in the WWE. WWE wouldn't know how to use him and he's be back as mid card in no time. He is getting the kind of exposure he deserves in TNA. | |

| Well According to ProWrestling.net Christians actually leaving TNA.
It is said that the reports of Christian Cage remaining with TNA were inaccurate. Sources are saying he will head back to WWE, as it would be the best deal for his family with current economy. Cage apparently has informed Dixie Carter and Jeff Jarrett that it's in his best interest to consider WWE's offer.
Last night's TNA Turning Point PPV or this week's television tapings could be Cage's final TNA appearance.

Agreed. If Christian went to Smackdown he'd be screwed over by Triple H. If he went to Raw he'd be losing to Orton and Cena. If he went to ECW then it would be a massive waste of a very talented performer. So TNA seems the best option in my opinion.

| Cage'd better stay in TNA for his career's sake. He would probably end back up in TNA for the reasons I mentioned earlier. He wouldn't be happy with the way WWE is using him and wouldn't resign. | |

| Sorry to be the bearers of bad news but it is not official that Cage will remain on TNA. The attack on him was said to be a just in case attack. If he jumps ship to WWE then they wrote him out and if he stays then an angle with him apposing MEM on the revenge tip. But there is an offer sheet on the table for him and There is discussion as to whether or not they will bring him in with a push or allow him to generate buzz on his own. Originally Vince was not pleased with him and didn't think he could make it but since TNA has had second thought. So Vince is leaving it up to the audience, if he is given a good welcome then he'll be pushed if not he could end up on ECW. It is also said that a possible return with Edge is also in the works and is the reason Edge has not returned as he waits to see What Cage want to do. The contract is for more money then what TNA can offer but TNA can Gaurantee a push WWE can't. I suspect that he will be back with the WWE. If he's with Edge they may reign as tag champs. But I hope he ends up on ECW to form a rivalry with Matt as he desperately needs some competition. Matt should be on Smackdown come next draft. | |

| I agree with this totally but if he returns with Edge and its a matter of tag title contention then he can set himself up for the future. Hes young and WWE likes the elders to reign as champion because they are more commitment prone. It tried to go young with Brock Lesnor and even Bobby Lashly. But Lesnor had other ideas and Lashly just can't cut a pomo with that voice. Speaking of Lashly there are rumors of his return also. They even went with Orton but they were only setting him up for the future because they adopted back to their longevity policy. There use to never be a wrestler with less than 10 years in to wear heavyweight gold. It took benoit to a few years before his death to even get a shot. Eddie also. And lets not forget the fact that Rey has been in the game for like i think 13 years himself. Cage is better on TNA if its about a good push. But if its about money like it mostly always is...He'll end back up in WWE. - Mattitude Followerâ„¢ wrote:

It's not that hard Beast. My one peice of advice, don't double post, you don't know how much your pissing me off. Anyway, on the subject of Christian Cage, I'm glad to hear that if he goes to WWE then Vince is actually going to give him a chance by letting the crowd decide. If he goes to WWE, aslong as he isn't going to get buried I don't mind but, I hope he'll stay with TNA, although I was rooting for this at first.
