Gail Kim returns this week

The word I am getting is that Gail Kim will be working on the Smackdown brand when she makes her WWE return. Kim was brought up to this week's tapings and was shooting promotional photos and chroma-key footage for inserts into WWE's TV programming, so the former TNA Knockout and WWE Women's champ could make her WWE return as soon as tonight's Smackdown tapings.

Since she's already got a very vague memory with some of the older WWE fans, they probably won't bother with the promos thing to hype her. I doubt she's coming back repackaged, so I say throw her into the title picture right away.

I agree and I think they will she has great in ring abilities and more experience than before with being a TNA knockout and all.

Why would she get a title shot right away? What makes her so special she should get one as soon as she debuts? She sucks! Even Maria is better than her.

You must be joking. Watching a Maria match is like watching a 2 year old try to fight. It's the weirdest thing ever. She has no flow at all. Gail Kim can at least make it resemble a wrestling match.

I know how bad a maria match is, I'm saying gail kim is worse to diss that whore.

Gail Kim really is terrible, the smackdown divas division isnt THAT bad were gail kim would deserve a title shot.

That's true they do have a nice stacked roster but she'd be a great addition.

Gail Kim is domination. Maria has like two good moves.

Gail is one of the best wwoman wrestler WWE now has, and she totally owns Maria, who is nothing more than eye candy and can only play a brainless woman.

Gail is awesomeness, in my books quite possibly the best diva on the roster already. She's shown in TNA that she can do some aerial and high risk stuff and perform them with decent reliability. Mix in that she has the technical mat skills too.

She's coming into the WWE instantly better than the majority of the divas, so why not give her that push to get her foot in the door, it's not like we don't know what we're going to get from her. There's unknowns that you want to build up before title shots,a nd there's established names with a track record that you should thrust in there so people don't think these returning vets aren't better than some other pretty face that's been on the roster longer.

And, she's fuckin Canadian, so that's extra credability right there. T-Dot represent!

Everything basically depends on her reception. If its good she probably will get a early title push. You have to remember that Vince is still a little worried that the TNA stars may not create a good reaction from the WWE fans. But if her reaction is good we can see a few angles ran. 1 being an immediate title push with some jealous divas as rival. Truth be women wrestling needs a tottle make over as far as style goes. We need steel cage matches and TLC. We can get that with Gail Kim.

As reported earlier, Gail Kim is expected to start on the SmackDown brand upon her return to WWE. She was brought to the television tapings this past week, but wasn’t used. Kim was merely brought in to shoot promo photos and new chroma-key footage to be inserted during broadcasts in the future. WWE taped two editions of SmackDown on Tuesday, to air on 11/28 and 12/5. The 12/12 show is the Friday before Armageddon, and they usually don’t debut wrestlers, especially as big as a star as Kim, on the show before a pay-per-view. WWE has a taping for the 12/19 show in Baltimore, but there is no taping the week after due to the holidays. Kim probably won’t debut until at least after New Year’s Day. Additionally, it’s been rumored that Kim filmed some ‘coming soon’ promos, which should air in the meantime.

So if they plan on doing promos marking her return it means that they plan on pushing her.
