I had a ripper of a headache a couple of years ago and I was made to lay flat on the bed (in the hospital) with no pillows. My head felt very heavy and there was no relief when I held it up.

Apparently coffee or coke can help, but they can also make a headache worse. You drink enough water, right?

Coke dehydrates you and if you don't get the water you lost back into your system, a headache is probably likely. You make you if you have Coke that you drink water after it - not just a little bit either.

Once somebody asked me if I would like to be a rikishi (sumo wrestler), but I weigh as much as the female lightweights. Laughing
