What you wont see on Smackdown:
Show time was at 7:30 PM, and ECW was on first at 8 PM. So much for it being live.
The dark match saw Cody Rhodes beat K.C James in quite a boring
match, lots of headlocks and arm drags. Cody finished James with a DDT.
The wedding was taped first tonight, and I will be the first to
tell u it was funyyyyy. The ring bearer was like a little 3-4 yr old
kid. He had stage fright, and did not wanna come out to the ring. His
mom ended up carrying him to the ring where he had a wide eyed scared
look. The second funny thing was when Kristal fell of the steps coming
into the ring. I dont know if theyre going to edit it out or not, but
everyone started laughing.
During the Rey Misterio Interview,
JBLinterfered and kicked Cole out of the ring, and went off on Misterio,
saying he was a disgrace to this country, and this and that. i was
sitting next to some Mexican wrestling fans to my right, and boy were
they pissed off.
During the
Mark Henryand Batista main event Khali interfered, and ended up getting Batista
in the ring. He gave Batista the choke bomb and the first one will
definitly be edited off, because batista ended up jumping early and he
slipped out of Khalis grip and he kinda just fell down on his back.
Khali attempted it again, and finally succeeded.
After Khali stood over Batista for a few poses, lights went out and
Undertaker came out. This was a tag team dark match having, Taker and
Batista vs Khali and Henry. It was what you expected it to be, a punch
and kick fest, with a ending of Taker chokeslamming Henry, and Khali
getting spinebustered during the pin.
Interesting end had Taker grabbing the belt from the ref and
holding it. Batista signaled to the timekeeper for the belt while
Justin Roberts just pointed at Batista to look behind him and a
staredown occurred for about 30 seconds concluding with
the Undertaker handing the belt back to Batista...........nice little hint at No Mercy here.
Overall, it was a great show live, I dont know how this will all come up on TV but i know I went home happy.
