Since leaving World Wrestling Entertainment in the spring of 2008, Jeff Jarrett has been actively trying to get former WWE and WCW diva Torrie Wilson to join the TNA roster. They came up with several ideas for the two-time Playboy cover girl, but obviously nothing has come of them yet. Gail Kim also tried to persuade Torrie to join the company back when she still worked for TNA.
When asked about the prospect of joining TNA in a past interview, Torrie said “never say never,” and hasn’t really commented on the situation further than that.
Torrie and Jeff have always gotten along, and the main reason for her not being involved in the wrestling world is because she wants to focus on her clothing store in Texas, which is doing well.
As announced at today’s WWE press conference, Torrie will be making a one-time appearance at WrestleMania 25 in the Diva battle royal. This will be her first actual match since November.

| I thought she was out of wrestling because of her bad back...
Anyways, TNA is smart, I'd be pursuing Torrie Wilson as well if I could.

| TNA doesn't necessarily have to use Torrie Wilson in the ring. She could have the role that Traci Brooks has at the moment, which doesn't imply any wrestling. And since Traci is a trained wrestler (and much better wrestler than Torrie), she would be far more useful working the Knockout division rather than having an on-screen office job. | |
