::Scene One | DXX: Monday Night Massacre (4/20/2009); A Feud In The Making?::

We now go backstage, where we see that of “Mr. Knockout” Chad Jennings, walking around, and then before you know it, now DXX Champion, Dagger Dave, comes out of nowhere…

Dagger Dave
“Well… look, who it is… Chad Jennings (now chuckling.) You remember this Chad (now holding the DXX Championship high in the air)?”

Chad now looks Dave dead in the eyes, as Dave tries to rub in the fact he beat Chad last week at Final Cut, for the DXX Championship, which was Chad’s before the match…

Chad Jennings
“Ya know, Dave… that’s funny, ya wouldn’t have that title… if it wasn’t for DiBiase, stopping Matt… that match woulda carried on longer… and I would still be Champ… to this very second foo.”

Dagger Dave
“Well tell me Chad… how’s your ex, along with your son, and daughter?”

Now it seems Dave, crossed the line, as Chad looks pissed…

Dagger Dave
“Chad… you have no idea, who you’re messing with… I can, and will f**k your whole life up…”

Chad now throws a huge right hand punch, knocking Dave back, making him drop the DXX Championship, but Chad continues on, as he begins to beat the hell out of Dave, with big rights, and left, as Dave is up against the wall, but Chad continues on beating the hell out of Dave, as he now has Dave sitting down in a corner it seems, just lighting his head up with some huge rights, straight to the top of the cranium, and Chad now with a tremendous right hand! And it seems he has now knocked Dave out cold…

Chad Jennings
“You gonna do what now… don’t ever f**k wit me! Cause you got it wrong… I’ll f**k yo whole life up, bitch! And Dave… tell me, why tha f**ks I’m standin’ over ya… oh I forgot… I just knocked you tha f**k out… bitch! Don’t ever bring up my kids, again, you f**kin’ bitch!”

Chad now walks off, leaving Dave lying there on the concrete floor, out cold, along with the DXX Championship lying a few feet from him… the scene now fades…

::Scene One | DXX: Monday Night Massacre (4/20/2009); A Feud In The Making?::

::Scene Two | DXX: Monday Night Massacre (4/20/2009); Steel Cage Match::

John Eddinger
Well, next up we have a Steel Cage match. Normally such an extreme match wouldn’t be seen on Massacre, but on this massive show featuring superstars of all brands, Joel Cardaci thought it was only fitting. We also have a special guest joining us for commentary, Ted DiBiase Jr.

-|- Ted DiBiase Jr -|-
Special guest? I think you'll be seeing more guests as this war rages on. I am not certainly pleased having to sit here with you two on this show filled with a roster that just jumps wherever they please.

Isaac Trevors
I can’t wait for this one. Jennings vs. Kompiler, Massacre vs. Mayhem. Certainly, Ted is here scouting out his competition for the future.

John Eddinger
Neither can I, and nor can the crowd. Komplier’s from England, so he’ll be getting a lot of support, but this Massacre crowd is always thoroughly behind Chad Jennings too.

The lights dim until they reach a pale pitch black, then, the typical white and purple fire explodes into the black and the lights come back on as 'Breath' by Breaking Benjamin plays throughout the P.A system. Smoke floods the stage as a shadowed figure is seen within it. Then as the fans burst out into a wave of booing, Kevin Kompiler steps out from within the smoke holding his hand high.

/--| Justin Roberts |--\
Ladies and gentleman approaching the ring at this time from Leeds, England weighing in at 198 pounds, Kevin Kompiler!

Kevin begins to walk down the ramp, he reaches the ring after ignoring a couple of young fans handshakes and slides into the ring as the boos grow louder. Few cheers can be heard, a surprise in his native country. He climbs upon the turnbuckle and stands on the middle rope posing. He then jumps off and his music cuts as he prepares to face his opponent.

The fans are quiet, once again... awaiting the opponent’s entrance... "Knock Yaself Out" blasts the PA System! The fans, are now on their feet roaring loudly and cheering for the one and only "Mr. Knockout" Chad Jennings, who now comes running out from behind the curtains. Chad is all hyped up as he is jumping up and down, looking pump for his upcoming Steel Cage match. Chad now points at his opponent, Kevin Kompiler... and begins to come down the ramp to the ring...

/--| Justin Roberts |--\
"And making his way to the ring... he is six foot one and weighs in at two hundred twenty-seven pounds... hailing from Detroit, Michigan... he is the one and only "Mr. Knockout" Chad Jennings!!!"

Chad now at the ring, slides in, just as the cage is about to be lowered.... he looks at his opponent for just a moment. Chad now begins to pace around the ring, looking at his opponent... and Chad now takes off his long gold "Mr. Knockout" t-shirt off and throws it into the crowd! And Chad now gets nose to nose with Kompiler... The ref now separates both Chad Jennings and Kevin Kompiler as the cage is lowered and the bell rings.

Both men stare one another down, getting closer and closer. The 6’1” Jennings looks down on the small, 5’8” Kompiler. To initiate the match, Kompiler hits Chad with a cutter, out of nowhere.

John Eddinger
Great start so far by Kompiler, he’s gained the upper hand so soon into the match.

Isaac Trevors
It’s gonna take a lot more than one cutter to keep Chad Jennings down.

-|- Ted DiBiase Jr -|-
That is going to be Komplier’s downfall in this match. He may have just hit Jennings with a cutter, but that is not going to be enough to keep him down. If Kompiler is going to represent Mayhem then he better do it the correct way.

Chad gets up, looking dazed and confused, and Kompiler whips him against the ropes. Chad swings around as he reaches the ropes and jumps up onto the cage, climbing it quickly.

Isaac Trevors
Jennings could win the match right here!

John Eddinger
Are you kidding? Kompiler will have him down before he can make any progress.

Kompiler climbs the turnbuckle and hits a dropkick to Chad’s midsection. Jennings hands on with one hand, his legs and other arm dangling in the air. Kompiler gets to his feet and yanks Chad down from the cage. A fistfight ensues, but neither man can take over the other. Chad grabs a hold of Komplier’s neck with both hands, but Kompiler breaks the hold by slapping the arms out of his way. Before Jennings can react, Kompiler takes a step back, and hits a quick standing superkick.

Isaac Trevors
WOAH!

John Eddinger
You said it, Isaac. That was one of the loudest superkicks I’ve ever heard. But now how will Kevin capitalize?

-|- Ted DiBiase Jr -|-
You two continue to ignore me. Kevin won't capitalize on this. He always manages to hit a big move then out of nowhere his opponent picks up the win. I should know as I have beaten him in more matches than I can count on one hand.

Komplier quickly climbs the cage, getting closer and closer to the top, but Chad begins to shake it, and Komplier loses his grip. Komplier doesn’t fall, and is too high up to be pulled down, so Jennings begins to climb himself. The two men meet near the top, with both punching and kicking one another in absolute desperation. Chad hits a kick to Komplier’s knee, which makes him lose all of his balance and fall flat on his back. Chad continues to climb, but begins to fall too, with only one hand hanging on. Jennings hits an elbow drop from off of the cage.

Isaac Trevors
It’s been a pretty evenly contested match so far, I’d have to give the edge to Chad Jennings though. He seems to know what he’s doing, more so than Komplier.

John Eddinger
You’re right, Isaac. Chad looks like he can win this one with ease.

Chad lifts Komplier up and puts him in a powerbomb position. Komplier goes for a back body drop, but Chad reverses with a sunset flip bomb, hooking Komplier’s leg for the cover. The ref starts the count: 1… Komplier gets out of it, pushing Jennings away with his feet. Jennings tries to again take control, but Komplier retaliates with a rapid kick to the midsection, and lifts Chad onto his shoulders. Komplier walks around the ring, looking for the best spot, and drops Chad with a Death Valley Driver.

John Eddinger
That was a beautifully executed Awesomebomb!

Isaac Trevors
It’s hard to tell though, in a situation like this, which option is the best one to take. You can cover your opponent, hoping for the pinfall, put him into submission, hoping for the tap out, or just risk it all and climb the cage.

John Eddinger
I think the best option would be a submission right now, let’s see what Kevin thinks though.

Komplier drops down to his knees and rolls Chad over, onto his stomach. With no real signature submission in his arsenal, Komplier puts Chad into a sharpshooter. Jennings can feel the pressure building up, but slowly makes his way over to the ropes. That is, of course, until Komplier drags him away and puts him right back in the middle. The referee lifts Chad’s arm once, it drops. He lifts it a second time, this time Chad is more hesitant to let it fall, but it eventually does. Before the referee can lift his hand a third time, Chad turns the sharpshooter over so that he’s on his back, applies pressure and reverses the move into a figure four leg lock.

John Eddinger
Great strategy from Chad here; he’s got Kompiler in the square centre of the ring, and he’s working that knee at the same time.

Isaac Trevors
This could be the end right here.

Kompiler drags himself towards the ropes behind him. He gets a hand on them; Chad releases the hold as the referee’s count gets to two. With his opponent on the ground and gasping for air, Chad climbs the cage. Kompiler struggles to get to his knees, let alone his feet. On his knees, below Chad, he shakes the cage viciously. The pressure is too much for Jennings, who plummets from about 8 feet, landing on the hard canvas.

Isaac Trevors
That’s quite a drop.

John Eddinger
These guys are able for it; you wouldn’t believe the physical strengths they go to in the hopes of pleasing these fans.

Komplier lifts up Chad, and begins to repeatedly smash his head into the cage. Soon enough, dents can be made out, and blood starts to trickle down Jennings’ forehead. Chad is leaning against the wall, motionless. Komplier grabs him and turns him around, only to receive Lights Out!

Isaac Trevors
LIGHTS OUT!

John Eddinger
What a blow!

Isaac Trevors
Chad Jennings may be on his way to victory!

Chad begins to climb the cage, with Komplier still grounded. As Chad reaches the top, Komplier starts his climb. Chad is about to make it over, when Komplier grabs onto his leg. Jennings falls to the canvas back first, Komplier remains on the cage. Komplier makes it to the top, with Chad still on the floor, and sits on the top of the cage. He could drop down, or end this match with a spectacle. Rather than taking an easy drop to the outside, Komplier climbs and stands tall, above the cage, looking down at Chad on the canvas. He taunts his hometown crowd before jumping off for the 450 splash. He goes for it and Chad moves out of the way, just at the right time. Both men are on the ground, moaning and aching. Chad makes it to his feet first, but soon after, Komplier rises, only to be met with a TKO!

Isaac Trevors
TKO! It’s all over!

John Eddinger
There’s no way Komplier can kick out of this.

Jennings goes for the cover, the ref starts the count; 1… 2... 3!

Isaac Trevors
Jennings has done it, Massacre have won and Kevin Kompiler has nobody to blame but himself!

John Eddinger
That’s exactly right; he had the match in his hand, but his ego took over.

Isaac Trevors
It’s now my pleasure to say “Massacre, 1 – Mayhem, 0.”

John Eddinger
Let’s just hope Dagger Dave can obtain the same result against the undefeated Ryland Deathlocke this Friday.

Isaac Trevors
Ladies and gentlemen, we’re gonna go to another quick commercial break, but when we return, Tristagi uses his rematch clause to take on Dagger Dave for the DXX Championship, and what a match it’s gonna be.

Ted DiBiase Jr -|-
Idiots, don't forget who beat your former intercontinental champion last week in the main event...

With that said, Ted takes off the headset that he had been wearing and goes over to the staff where the Transcontinental Championship is. The cage is being lifted as Chad gets out of the ring. Ted turns around with the championship in his hands and gets into the ring, not bothering with Jennings. His target for tonight was Kevin Komplier. Kevin begins to slowly get to his feet with the help of the ropes and he turns around, only to be hit with the championship in the forehead! Kevin is busted open! Ted smirks as he holds up the championship, high above his head as the crowd boos him. He throws it to the ground as "Priceless" begins to play over the PA system. Ted gets out of the ring and heads up the ramp as Massacre cuts to a commercial break…
