Two weeks ago, the one, the only “Mr. Knockout” Chad Jennings was shot, once again at a DXX: Monday Night Massacre event. The first time Chad was shot, was a very good while ago… at least four to five months. That time Chad was shot, he luckily dodged a bullet that could fatal, but also was hit, in that of the right knee, the same knee he was shot in once again two weeks ago on the Monday Night Massacre show, in the ring, during the end, which all fans saw, who shot him, who supplied the gun (Alex Azrael) and how Dave, and his minions could do such a dirty tactic. And Chad, hasn’t said much as of yet, it seems he has been trying to control himself, from doing something stupid, or saying something horrible. Chad did return though quickly, just like the last time, but way quicker than the last time. It took him about three weeks, to return the last time he was shot, but this time he was quick to get surgery on his knee once more, and have it repaired, just like the last time, but got to work quickly, working his wounded knee, and had that of a match against Matt Ace, at CGS: Saturday Night Fusion… and he seemed to be in pretty good shape… but at Eye For An Eye, he looked a bit, not ready, but came back with a stronger effort, near the ending of the match… and that of him and Daniel Graver surpassed that of current DXX Champion Dagger Dave, and one of his minions (?) Tristagi. Chad earlier today gave his comments, but more like huge statements by him to Eric Steel’s opinions, saying…

.::Mr. Knockout::.::Chad Jennings::.
"Who this fool?! He think he... tha 'Almighty God Of Wrestlin'?! ... Ya know, he ain't as big as he claims. Cause apparently... he been there for seven straight months... and has yet been called up! You have to be stupid... you may have proven yoself plenty of times... but... you ain't tha best in tha damn world, sucka! You wanna know, who tha best is? Well it certainly ain't you! You ain't even up in tha top twenty-five! Yet alone tha fifties! See... let me just be straight up wit you... you talk tha big talk... you walk tha walk... at times... but you clearly ain't tha best... and you wouldn't cut it in tha ring... wit tha likes of me... or most tha Massacre talent! So... when... which may not happen for another... five months... makin' you spend one whole year in Rated... maybe you could face me then... cause I really... really doubt you'll face me in a match... for a long... time!"

The comments show that of Chad, stated truth over false in his opinions, or statements in otherwords. But is Chad, trying to get more enemies than he can handle? Chad is one of the best DXX History, without a doubt… he has won many matches in his three years here… only losing several matches. His win percentage is in the mid to high eighties. He has proven himself more than any superstar… although he has lost at least fifteen to twenty matches total, and that of winning seventy matches total (and probably more than that.) This week, on Monday Night Massacre, Chad faces that of Cameron Hayden… will he be at one hundred percent for this match, putting up one hell of a fight… or will he still be below a hundred percent? Only time will tell, aye?

::Scene One | A Flash Back; Getting Shot (4/20/2009)::

"Like Toy Soldiers" by Eminem can be heard around the arena and the crowd irrupts in major boos that can be blasted wall to wall around the arena.

John Eddinger
After an amazing night of action, it comes down to this; the DXX Championship Match between Dagger Dave and Tristagi, who is using his rematch clause.

Isaac Trevors
This is gonna be one hell of a match, I can tell now.

The irate fans witness a guy in a hoody jacket with a hat over his head with sweat pants come out to with his "Better Than You" walk that causes for some commotion. Tristagi screams out "I'm Drug Free and Better Than You" before continuing his walk down the ramp.

Maria
On his way to the ring, now resigning in Chicago, Illinois, weighing tonight at two hundred and twenty two pounds; he is the challenger, Tristagi!

Tristagi looks at this frenzy of a crowd with a slight smile, spitting towards the ground and continuing his road to the ring. Crossing his arms, he shows his fists that read "Drug Free" and just shows it off to the crowd, feeling being Drug Free makes him better than the crowd. Climbing in the ring, he climbs the top turnbuckle and continues to do it right until his entrance music goes off and he jumps off the turnbuckle.
"Voices" by Rev Theory screams throughout the crowd, causing the crowd to go wild in jeers for the man they hate. Dagger Dave comes out wrapped in barbed wire, showing how sick he truly is. He walks to the ring wearing the DXX Championship around his waist, laughing at the crowd's feeble attempts of getting into his head.

Maria
And his opponent, from San Diego, California and weighing in tonight at 245 lbs, he is The Hardcore Messiah and DXX Champion, DAGGER… DAVE!

Dave slides into the ring, climbs some turnbuckles and raises the belt, posing to the crowd for what could possibly be the last time, before handing it off to the referee.

John Eddinger
There it is, the DXX Title. That’s what this match is all about. That’s what these superstars are all about.

Isaac Trevors
That belt means a lot to these Massacre superstars, but it’s becoming less and less prestigious. There are some staggering statistics online regarding this belt. Tristagi’s last reign lasted 77 days, and over the last 43 days, or 6 weeks, we have had three different champions.

John Eddinger
Just imagine if Tristagi wins it tonight. That would be 4 champions in just over six weeks… an average of 15 day title reigns.

Isaac Trevors
It’s hard to imagine, John.

The referee raises the belt, the crowd go wild. He hands it to an official on the outside and the bell rings. Tristagi offers Dave a handshake and he is gullible enough to accept. From there, Tristagi throws Dave into a nearby turnbuckle with an irish whip. He follows this up with a charging high knee strike, causing the champ to fall to his knees. To finish off this quick sequence of moves, Tristagi hits a step-up enzuigiri to the back of Dave’s head.

Dave now lay on his stomach, panting, where Tristagi is full of energy and walking around the ring. The champ rises to his hands and knees, but remains on the canvas, so Tristagi responds with an arm wrench.

John Eddinger
Tristagi has absolutely dominated Dagger Dave so far.

Isaac Trevors
If things continue to go this way, we could be seeing a new champion crowned by the end of the night.

Dave is now on his back, yet to land a move on his challenger. Growing impatient, Tristagi lifts up Dave from the mat. With nothing better to do, he puts him in a sleeper hold. Dave begins to feel dizzy, and faint. He uses all he can to hit Tristagi in the stomach; elbows, spines, you name it. Eventually, Dave slipped out of the hold, spun around and landed a german suplex on Tristagi. Dave regains his breath for a few seconds, and then lifts Tristagi, who hits Dave’s hands away. Tristagi goes to kick Dave in the stomach, but Dave dodges it, putting his foot behind Trist’s heel and pushing him backwards.

John Eddinger
That was a nice martial arts style technique there, from Dagger Dave.

Isaac Trevors
Indeed. Dave seems to have found his self-possession; he is performing much better now.

John Eddinger
Don’t count your chickens before they hatch; one reversal can mean a lot.

Dave picks up Tristagi once more, this time having no trouble with reversals. He puts his head in a powerbomb position, but raises his arms in a double underhook, before connecting with a deadly butterfly piledriver.

John Eddinger
Dave just hit Immortality!

Isaac Trevors
One of his most dangerous moves, it just looks better every time I see it.

Dave goes for the pin, the ref drops to the canvas and counts; 1… 2… Tristagi kicks out with ease. He figures the more time he is in positions like pins, the easier it is to catch his breath.

Dave again is forced to pick up Tristagi, who is lying there, getting his breath back. However, Dave fails to do so and Tristagi rolls him into a small package. The ref jumps back down and counts it as 1… Dave kicks out, no trouble to him.

John Eddinger
If Tristagi thinks he’s gonna win the DXX Championship with a small package, he’d better think again!

Isaac Trevors
Ah, you never know, John, sometimes the moves that take you by surprise are the ones where your guard is let down. A small package is a perfect example of one of these.

Both men make it to their feet, each of them waiting for the other to do something. Dave soon runs towards Tristagi, attempting a clothesline, but the challenger ducks and sets Dave up for a side slam. It connects, and he applies the Anaconda Vice while performing the slam.

John Eddinger
Again, Dave’s in trouble.

Isaac Trevors
I don’t think he will tap this early on in the match, but you can never rule it out.

Tristagi holds onto the grip for a significant amount of time, Dave doesn’t even come close to giving in, though. Tristagi finally realizes it’s too early in the match for Dave to tap out, and so he lets go of the hold, and jumps to his feet, maintaining the upper hand. Dave gets up, Tristagi whips him against the ropes and wraps his arms around him coming back, ultimately connecting with a leg hook belly to back suplex.

John Eddinger
The suicide solution!

Isaac Trevors
I don’t think it will be Tristagi’s solution tonight. He’s gonna need something stronger or faster than that.

Tristagi cannot be bothered waiting for Dave to get up, so he climbs the turnbuckle and leaps off of it, trying to hit the split-legged moonsault. Dave made sure to roll out of the way.

John Eddinger
What a moonsault! It’s just a shame there was no-one on the other end.

Isaac Trevors
That was a stupid decision by Tristagi if you ask me. High risk manoeuvres have no place in matches like these. It’s all about strategy, and planning ahead.

Tristagi gets up this time, without Dave’s assistance, and Dave quickly whips him into a turnbuckle. Dave lands a few chops on his challenger’s chest, but soon enough Tristagi blocks one of them, holds onto Dave’s arm, and hops onto the turnbuckle in a seated position. He yanks the champ towards him, but has nothing really to do. Dave pulls himself away from Tristagi, puts his feet on the bottom rope to gain some height, grabs onto the challenger’s next and delivers a lethal DDT to the man on the top rope, letting his skull smash into the canvas.

John Eddinger
Oooh! Right on his head, that’s bound to hurt.

Isaac Trevors
See, this is what I’m talking about. Dave made the perfect decision with that move. He could’ve climbed the turnbuckle with Tristagi, but he tried something simpler and safer, and it paid off.

John Eddinger
It sure did, Tristagi is down and out and it looks like Dave might try to capitalise.

Dave turns himself over so that he’s pinning Tristagi, and the ref begins a count. 1… 2… Tristagi kicks out again. Dave is not that much surprised, but he has a distinctive look of anger on his face. Dave waits in the corner, patiently, for Tristagi to rise. When he does so, Dave charges at him and connects with a superkick, right to the jaw. Tristagi falls straight back down.

John Eddinger
Backstabbed!

Isaac Trevors
That’s gotta be it! There’s no way anyone can survive such a ferocious kick, not even Tristagi.

John Eddinger
It was a beautiful kick from Dave, well timed and very well executed. His challenger Tristagi was so unsuspecting of it.

Dave rushes onto Tristagi for another pin attempt. This time, the referee gets down quicker too, 1…. 2…… with very little time left, Tristagi kicks out.

Isaac Trevors
I don’t believe it.

John Eddinger
I’m pretty sure nobody in this stadium believes it.

Tristagi remains on the ground for a relatively long time, but when you take into consideration the power behind that kick, it doesn’t seem as long. He soon gets up, Dave tries for a german suplex on him, but Tristagi is well aware, and plans his landing perfectly so that he lands on his feet, rather than his back. Wanting revenge for Dave’s “Backstabbed” Tristagi moves so that Dave’s stomach is in front of him and to his left. He then knees Dave in the stomach with his right knee. Dave bends over, moaning and almost going to ground, but Tristagi ensures that he doesn’t, raising his arms in a pedigree position. Tristagi then delivers Angel’s Wings to a defenceless Dave.

John Eddinger
That is a beautiful move to watch, and that’s one of the best renditions of it I’ve ever seen.

Isaac Trevors
Could we see a new champion!?

Tristagi covers Dave. 1… 2… Dave kicks out as well, and this battle continues.

Dagger Dave grapples with Tristagi and ultimately hits a brainbuster on him, his own version called the “Darting Dagger”. Dave lines up in the corner, ready for another ‘Backstabbed’. It connects, and Tristagi drops to the canvas, motionless from the moment he is hit til the moment he is pinned. The referee counts. 1… 2… 3! The bell rings and the DXX Title is brought into the ring.

Maria
The winner of this match and STILL DXX Champion, DAGGER DAAAAAVE!!!

John Eddinger
There you have it! Dagger has held on and remains the DXX Champion.

Isaac Trevors
And he’s earned this defence. What a performance from both athletes.

The DXX Title is handed back to Dagger Dave who looks at it with a sinister grin. He holds it in his hands, directly under his eyes, and keeps his eyes fixated on it. Tristagi gets up after the match, and the pair celebrates together, forming a new alliance. Chad Jennings comes out from backstage, telling him not go through with it. He walks down to the ring with a loud pop, but no music, and a microphone in hand. He pleads that Dave don’t align with Tristagi, and Dave considers his options. After a few brief moments of thoughts, Dave clocks Chad with the DXX Title.

John Eddinger
Oh my god! Did you see that?

Isaac Trevors
I have eyes, John, so generally I see things, yeah. That was low, even for Dave.

John Eddinger
I wonder how Chad will find a way out of this.

Suddenly, Alex Azrael and Abdul the Powerful come out from backstage and join Dave and Tristagi in the ring. Abdul hands a pistol to Dave, who then shoots Chad in the leg with it, screaming and asking “How does that make you feel, bitch!?” while doing so.

Security and paramedics rush down to the ring, to escort both parties. While they have the chance, Dave grabs one of the microphone.

>> Dagger Dave <<
THIS IS THE DESCENSION OF DXX!

The camera’s then cut out, all the visual and audio is gone, and the screen becomes fuzzy…
