It would appear that there is something to the anonymous TNA employee's claims on last Wednesday's episode of Bubba the Love Sponge's satellite show that Karen Angle and her children were living together with Jeff Jarrett. It is now coming out that TNA president Dixie Carter ordered Jarrett to go home as soon as she found out about the person's claims, which has been described publicly as him agreeing to take a leave of absence.
At Saturday night's TNA house show in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, Kurt Angle was telling people that he is going to end up with the booking control of the company that Jarrett had and that he won't sign a new contract with TNA if Jarrett remains in power. No one really know how things will transpire from this point. Angle's contract with TNA is set to expire in September and he has not yet agreed to a new one.
Jarrett was booked in segments on last night's pay-per-view that were either tweaked or removed. The direction of the booking for last night's show was planned before all of this stuff went down, as is television for the next few weeks. However, everything involving Jarrett will obviously have to be tweaked and/or removed as he was slated to further his program with Eric Young at this week's slate of television tapings.
For the most part, the wrestlers are more sympathetic to Kurt Angle on the matter, aside from those who have close ties with Jarrett.
TNA personnel are playing the tape from Wednesday's episode of Bubba over and over in hopes of figuring out the person who disguised his voice and started this messy situation. Before the mystery person in question went on the air, he or she asked for Bubba to disguise his voice with some sort of distorted audio. Bubba did, so there is probably no way of telling who it was that called in.
This would be a big lose for TNA and a big gain for the WWE. I think that the WWE would be willing to give him a "HBK" deal and SD needs another super over face.

| ^Really? Even though he goes on and on (even recently) about how he'll never work for Vince or WWE again? You could very well be right, I just have a hard time seeing it. | |

Money talks and if they offer him a deal like HBK and Taker has, I think that he would come back. I have a hard time beleiving that if he was offered a top spot on SD, good money, and an easier schedule, he would say no. Also, I think that Vince would jump at the chance to take the top guy from his only reval promotion. Hell, they don't have to love each other o wokr togther.

I'll still be surprised, but you're right; money does talk. I think if he goes back to WWE though he will lose all the credibility he has left (if he actually has any left).

He didn't leave the WWE in the fist place. The WWE fired him. I think that a lot of that "Ill never work there" stuff is just leftover bitterness. I have been fired a time or two and, if you were to ask if I would ever work for that company again, I would say hell no. However, if that company were to give me more money, I would let all of that pst stuff go and take the deal. Everyone knows that the WWE is the penical of the wrestling business and I don't think that any of the former WWE talent working in TNA would honestly rather be there than the WWE. 4 of the 5 Main Event Mafia memebers were let go. They chose TNA because of a lack of options. I know that lots of TNA marks are going to disagree with that statement, but they can't denie that Booker T, Nash, Angle, ans Stiener were released from the WWE and then they went to TNA. They did not leave the WWE for TNA.

| Either Angle will go back to WWE like CJ said or he'll retire with wrestling and continue on with movies. It's not unlikely, if I recall he has a movie coming out. | |

I could see him leaving wrestling for a few months, but I think that the iche to get in the ring will bring him back to the WWE. I think that he will be back by the Royal Rumble, if he leaves TNA. Doesn't Jarrett have some ownership in TNA. If it comes down to him or Angle, I think that TNA would chose Jarrett.

| I'd be curious to see Angle back with WWE, even though I'm kinda skeptical about it.
Seems funny to me that most of Mafia members are complaining about Jarrett but yet, they're the ones hogging all the spotlight for the last 6 months to the detriment of TNA Originals.

| Well @ least Kurt Angle and others put people over just like when the Horsemen were ruling the NWA, they made their opponents look so good, but I know that Kurt Angle and others do respect the TNA Originals and people were starting to dig the MEM, but I think that somebody is going to def. whoever to break-up the Mafia.
and BTW, I do have the Kurt Angle DVD and he says that his favorite match was when he faced Jay Lethal for the TNA X Division Title and Lethal won the title and Angle made him a household name b/c no one knew who Jay Lethal was.

Why don't you get old, I mean seriously. That is hilarity. And what was the point of that? ON TOPIC: I hope Angle leaves, His flame in TNA has died as has TNA in general.

The Mafia memebers, minus Joe, are WWE/WCW retreades. That is why I generally don't watch TNA. I don't want to see a has been Nash, has been Steiner, has been Booker T. I will probably check out Impact this week because I am interested to see Taz. By the way TNAguy, of course Angle will say that his favorite match is a TNA match, he works there. He has said on other occasions that his favorite guy to wrestle is Taker. Back to the pont of this topic. If Angle leaves TNA, he will end up back in the WWE.
