According to a criminal report filed in Pittsburgh today, Kurt Angle has been arrested and is currently in the Allegheny County Jail. There was an altercation at the home of Kurt Angle involving Angle and girlfriend Trenesha Biggers, aka TNA's Rhaka Khan. Biggers went to police and filed a protection from abuse order against Angle, and police came and removed Angle from the home this morning.

At around 8AM, Biggers called police again, stating that Angle was stalking her. She had gone to a Starbucks to use the internet, and told police that Angle had her phone and had been circling the parking lot. She claimed Angle was deleting photos from the phone, which were described as "pictures of abuse".

Angle was questioned by police, under suspicion of DUI, and when they searched the vehicle, they found used syringes and two vials of HGH. Angle claimed that he had a prescription for the medication, and could provide that to police.

Angle is currently awaiting arraignment on the following charges:

* Driving while operating privileges suspended
* Prohibited acts
* Possession
* Harassment

Angle is scheduled to defend the TNA Title tomorrow night at the Hard Justice PPV in Orlando, Florida.

If this is true, what does this mean of TNA's Hard Justice, the TNA World Title, and TNA in general? Does TNA do drug test? Do they supsneded guys for stuff like this?

TNA champion Kurt Angle was arrested this morning after a female TNA star he was involved in, who had an active order of protection against him spotted Angle allegedly following her while she was at a Starbucks today.

According to a source at the Robinson Township, PA police department, Angle was pulled over after the woman he allegedly stalked called police.
The TNA champion was found carrying "a capped syringe and two vials of Human Growth Hormone Hygetropin" in his car. Angle claimed he had a valid prescription for the HGH

Angle has been charged with driving with a suspended license (stemming from his refusal to take a breathalyzer test during his DUI arrest last year, which is an automatic suspension), illegal possession of the HGH), breaking an order of protection and harassment.

PWInsider.com is keeping the identity of the female star confidential, although it should be easy to figure it out as he's mentioned her publicly in media appearance in the past, giving the impression they were no longer together. The woman in question is not Karen Angle.

I am told the Pittsburgh media will likely go with the story tonight on their evening newscasts.

Angle is scheduled to main event tomorrow's TNA Hard Justice PPV against Matt Morgan and Sting, but TNA has not returned PWInsider.com's requests for comment as to his status at of this writing.

Kurt Angle Arrest Update: Will It Affect Jarrett’sPosition?
PWInsider.com reports that Kurt Angle is still currently in custody at Allegheny County Jail in Pittsburgh, PA and is awaiting arraignment on the multiple charges brought against him this morning. TNA sources believe after arraignment this afternoon he’ll head to Orlando for the Hard Justice PPV, but the company is still working on alternative plans just incase.

TNA talents are said to be surprised by the turn of events, especially because Kurt and the girl in question--TNA knockout Rhaka Khan--are currently living together in Angle’s home. There had been rumors among wrestlers that Kurt broke up with her, and actually once told her to leave the premises of his house, but since then they had been seen in public together.

A big discussion among those in TNA is how ironic the situation is, just after the issues between Kurt Angle and Jeff Jarrett over Karen Angle were revealed on Bubba The Love Sponge’s radio show. A lot of people are waiting to see how this arrest may play into Jarrett’s position within TNA going forward.

That's quite a turn of events and indeed, this could very well play in favor of Jeff Jarrett. Since Angle's always taunting a possibility of taking over TNA's booking, is TNA really ready to take such a risk of focusing on someone as volatile as Angle at the moment?

Sad to say but the sure bet would be to put the belt on Sting and make him work a program with Matt Morgan if they wanna eventually put the strap on him.

Or stip Angle of the title, replace him in the match with Styles, and have him win the title. I think that Angle has got to drop the title Sunday, that is all that there is to it.

Guess it was too much to ask to strip Angle of the title tonight and book AJ Styles instead. Haven't seen the PPV tonight but a Styles in fantastic shape is worth much better than a broken down Angle.

Again, we are on the same page here and I have seen nothing from the ultimate TNA mark on this board.
