Beth debuted in 2006 but was injured in one of her first matches.

Yes she did, which is why she won my award for it, because she came in May of 06, but was out a year so technically she can be considered a new commer.

The Diva of the year is such a damn joke. The Diva should had been Mickie James or Melina or Beth not Candince

I can see why WWE named Batista superstar of the year. Whilst Edge , Undertaker & Rey werre out he practically carried Smackdown by himself.

I agree with most on here , except the Diva of the year , for me it has to be Beth Phoiniex.

But Funniest Moment of the Year had to be when Santino said that he was going to ' Open a Can of the Ass Whip '

As for Best PPV i would have to say No Mercy. Not only was Cena injured but we got 3 Title matches in one night , Randy is now a 2 Time WWE Champion and Trips is a 11 time world champion. Twas Awesome.


As for match of the year , Taker vs Batista was good , But I dont really no I couldnt make my mind up on that one. For me one of the best matches of the year was CM Punk vs Jamie Noble , because for once it was pure wrestling.

Did anyone really breakout. Everyone kind of stayed in the same spot. I think he won by default. He was the only one to become a superstar. DH Smith would have won that if he did not take steroids. That or Cryme Tyme who went from promos do matches but they were fired.

Diva of the year should have went to Beth. I am glad Mr. Kennedy was up there alot though. The match of the year I think there was better but if they admit that a free match on Raw or Smackdown was better then they would be screwed and no one would see a reason to buy PPV's if the shows are better.

I'd go with CM Punk. Starting 2007, he got into the decent New Breed vs Originals feud. Then went onto getting the ECW World Championship.

I was surprised to see most of these, I agreed with the match of the year, but some things I was still questionable on. It was hard to believe a couple of the picks they had.
