John Cena Lawsuit update, release of WWE the music volume 9

JOHN CENA LAWSUIT UPDATE, WWE RETURNING TO LONG ISLAND AND MORE

World Wrestling Entertainment has petitioned and been granted an extension in responding to the lawsuit brought against them, John Cena and several other entities regarding the sampling in Cena's theme song. They now have to respond by 12/15.

Devin Cutting sent word that WWE will be returning to Long Island, NY with a Raw house show at the Nassau Coliseum on 2/27/09. Devin also passed along that Smackdown's house show on January 17th, 2009 has been moved to the Civic Center in Charleston, West Virginia. The event was originally going to be held at the Hobart Arena in Troy, Ohio.

WWE will be releasing WWE The Music Volume 9 on 1/27/09 with the following scheduled track listing:

*Maryse - "Ooh Oui"
*Chris Jericho - "Save Me"
*Santino Marella - "Vittoria Es Mia"

I have been watching this John Cena lawsuit and I see no way out for him. I think he will just have to pay up to the right people.

I mean I don't really see whats going on in the suit. If he did it work out an agreement. Case closed
