Buzz up! 0 PrintUltimate Fighting Championship executives today officially announced its Nov. 14 UFC 105 event, which takes place at the MEN Arena in Manchester, England.

Tickets for the event, which airs via tape delay in North America on Spike TV (and live in the U.K. on ESPN), go on sale this week.

Currently, officially announced fights for the event include Michael Bisping vs. Denis Kang and Dan Hardy vs. Dong Hyun Kim. However, today's release stated an official main event will be announced at a later date.

UFC 105 tickets go on sale to the general public on Monday, Sept. 14 at 10 a.m. BST (5 a.m. ET).

However, UFC Fight Club members can purchase tickets this Thursday, Sept. 10 at 10 a.m. BST. Additionally, UFC.com newsletter subscribers can purchase tickets this Saturday, Sept. 12, at 10 a.m. BST.

Tickets range from £40 to £250 ($66 to $415).

As part of the ticket-sale event, Bisping and Hardy (both of whom are British fighters) are signing autographs on Sunday, Sept. 13 (5:30 p.m. local time) at the MEN Arena box office.

"Both Kang and I are looking to take that next step up the ladder to the top of the division, and there's so much on the line for both of us,," Bisping stated in today's press release. "I have things to prove and cannot wait to go in all guns blazing in front of my hometown fans in Manchester."

UFC 105 marks the second-ever event in Manchester. The UFC first ventured to the city in April 2007 for "UFC 70: Nations Collide," which was just the second U.K. show ever. Gabriel Gonzaga scored a stunning head-kick KO of Mirko "Cro Cop" Filipovic, Andrei Arlovski topped Fabricio Werdum via unanimous decision, and Bisping scored a TKO of Elvis Sinosic in the night's featured bouts.

That's what happens when you put on a crappy card full of Brits They know they won't be able to sell the card.

They still haven't annouced the main event, it might make it worth buying.

I would just suspect Bisping/Kang will be the main event. I believe the last main event in the UK was just Dan Hardy...so it's not like they even bother trying.

Since Marquardt and Henderson appear equally deserving of a title shot against Anderson Silva, the sensible thing to do is to make them fight.

That would be a good fight, especially for free, but I don't know if it matters who the #1 Contender to Silva. Silva has pretty much run through about everyone.

Yeah the middleweight division is pretty much:

1) Anderson Silva
2) Everybody else

Every Body else looks to be a mile away. Can he be beatin, sure, if he makes a mistake, but he has been almost flawless. Now it looks like Silva just plays with the guy, before he decides wether to tap him or KO him.

Let's update this one more time since it's official. Couture will headline the card against Brandon Vera.

Reports indicate that Rashad Evans was offered Couture, but he declined it.

That is a pretty good freebie main event. As I recall from TUF 2, Evans was not into fighting heavy weights and that is why he dropped to 205.

I'm actually pretty glad Evans didn't take the Couture fight because I have 0 clue how to call that one. Their styles, talents, and tactics cancel each other out in my mind.

I would have given Randy the edge since he has been fighting at 220 for a few years. His routine of cutting weight is probably pretty easy for him at this pont. I don't know how well Evans would do having to put on weight and I am just a Couture mark. I would cheer for him no matter who he fights. Who do you think is the best UFC fighter of all time?

I would have to say either Liddell with his 21 UFC wins or Couture, the only 5 time UFC Champ.

I'd probably go with Shamrock in his prime. Obviously the constant losing towards the end of his career didn't help much, but just looking at what he could do in the ring back then was just amazing. The reason I don't weigh Shamrock's losing towards the end of his career is because we don't know whether Liddell or Couture will go down that route with Liddell losing like 3 of his last 4 (and might still fight) and Randy losing his last 2 (and with 6 more fights to go).

Here is what gets Couture for me, even if he goes on a losing streak to end his career.

He domintated, won titles, left, and then returned at 42 years old to become Heavy Weight Champ. I also think that the lay off he had, while he had the contract dispute has hurt him since his return. Nothing against Shamrock, but what was he doing at age 42?
