Angle working hurt and more TNA news

-- Kurt Angle was working injured during TNA's tour of Europe last week. He took it easy on the tour, working trios matches and taking few bumps.

-- It's light of all the stories as of late regarding former TNA wrestler Angelina Love, it's now being said that the character she played on television was basically an exaggerated version of herself. While she definitely has her critics, many felt her partnership with Velvet Sky was awesome as far as playing and having the gimmick, more outside the ring than in.

As noted earlier with Love's replacement in the group, Lacey Von Erich, she's incredibly inexperienced so TNA plans on having "The Beautiful People" do more vignettes as opposed to wrestling matches.

-- TNA's tour of Europe last week didn't draw well as the crowds weren't much larger than what they typically draw in the United States. The 9/29 show in Dortmund, Germany drew about 1,500, 10/2 in Wintethur, Switzerland drew about 1,000, and 10/3 in Dublin, Ireland drew 1,800. In the case of the show in Dublin, it was held in the O2 Arena, which holds 9,000, so it came across as the emptiest. The posters used to advertise the show were the same posters they used for a tour in January, featuring the likes of Gail Kim, Tomko, Sonjay Dutt, Shark Boy, Jeff Jarrett and Curry Man.

Like Shawn Michaels said in a 2003 NWO promo: "Well, THERE'S YOUR PROBLEM!"

You're using for advertising posters featuring workers that aren't even working on your roster anymore (including Jarrett now working behind the scenes). I certainly can understand the reason why they put Gail Kim on the poster for the first European tour, since she was the face of the Knockout division but come on, TNA! Was it that difficult to change your poster to put the faces of, for example, Samoa Joe, Hernandez, Beer Money and The Beautiful People? At least, use people that are gonna be on the tour and that you're sure that represent best the promotion. It's Marketing 101!

They are a half assed promotion and they don't really know how to showcase what they have. Paul E. would whip them into shape, but I don't think that will happen

Yeah, that won't happen. Heyman would need 100% control of creative and there's no way TNA would grant him that request, if we know that'd be the best option.

They give Russo enough rope to hang them with. Paul E would make guys like Joe and AJ huge stars

Absolutely. The only thing Paul needs to avoid at all costs is handling financial stuff.

Exactly. He was great as the Alliance annoucer, great as a mouth piece for Brock, Show, and Angle. He was great when he booked for OVW. He really helped Punk while he was in OVW. Wrestling is better with Paul in it. So he sucks with money, get a fuckin accountant. TNA would be 100 times better with Heyman in charge and on Impact as the face of TNA management
