- Unconfirmed sources are reporting that TNA is set to announce a second TV program that would air on Monday night from 8pm - 10 est.

Impact would remain on Thursdays.

The good side about this news is that this would force Vince McMahon to actually write a show that would appeal to the fans, not a product that only appeals to himself, like he's been doing for the past 8 years.

The bad side to me is how deep in star power TNA actually is to put forward a second show on Monday nights to compete with WWE. Of course, this would give the opportunity for midcarders not regularly used on Impact to have another shot at exposure and making a better payday with the promotion. However, the storylines will have to be much more solid rather than being props for gimmick matches on PPVs.

I hope it doesn't force Vince to go into a second attitude era and lose everything that is good about the product now. ECW and SmackDown are in a high state of quality at the moment without the need for the attitude era garbage storylines that TNA has been recycling ever since they acquired their first WWE star.

Yeah, you're right. I think that the main issue for Vince would be the find right balance that would feature the "sports entertainment factor" that he likes to promote on RAW and the great wrestling we see on Smackdown and ECW every week. It's gonna be hard to be able to book this on all 3 separate brands but if you put the right wrestling minds behind it, it can be done.
