| Lanny Poffo has noted on his official website at LannyPoffo.com that his father, Angelo Poffo, who is also the father of Randy "Macho Man" Savage, has passed away at age 84. Lanny Poffo noted that his father "passed away peacefully in his sleep." WrestleZone would like to offer its deepest condolences to the Poffo family.
Never knew the guy but to have a son like The Genius then you must be a proud father xP ... Ohh and Savage to xP.

| My condolences to the Poffo family too.
I saw him once on TV and it was during the 1995 Slamboree PPV during the Randy Savage vs Ric Flair feud. I recall seeing Flair & Arn Anderson beat up on Angelo Poffo after one match. That's pretty much the only memory I have of Angelo Poffo. | |
