| Pretty self-explainatory, post your dream Wrestlemania card. Only one restriction here though, no more than twelve matches. Other than that, go crazy. Here's mine ... Unified Tag Team Championship Zack Ryder & Dolph Ziggler (c) vs. Batista & Kofi Kingston
Reason - I wanted all these four guys on the card, and I already had the rest of the card put together so I just threw them in a tag bout. It's only an opener though, so no real problem.
Winners - Batista and Kingston (to give a feel good start to the show for the fans).
Match Length - 10:03
Money In The Bank Match Matt Hardy vs. Jeff Hardy vs. Edge vs. Christian vs. Randy Orton vs. Eddie Guerrero vs. Kane vs. Goldberg
Reason - I assume Matt, Jeff, Edge, Christian, and Eddie are all common sense. Orton and Kane I had nothing better for them to do and they don't suck in these matches. As for Goldberg, I really want to see a Jackhammer off a ladder, seeing as this is my fantasty card, it happens in this match.
Winner - Matt, Christian, or Eddie.
Match Length - 23:36
United States Championship The Miz (c) vs. Sheamus vs. MVP vs. JTG
Reason - Read the first match. I wanted all these guys on the card and I just threw them together.
Winner - JTG or Sheamus. Although, I wouldn't have a problem if any of the four win.
Match Length - 12:26
Rob Van Dam vs. John Morrison
Reason - Both incredibly talented high flyers, need I say more? Oh, and when I was doing this, I decided against using someone who wasn't really in WWE. So, that rules out AJ (not counting his test matches within WWE).
Winner - RVD. He's undefeated at Mania why stop that?
Match Length - 15:12
Mr. Kennedy vs. The Rock
Reason - Firstly, expect a pre match mic work between the two. I can image Kennedy saying "I Am ..." then just hearing "It doesn't matter who you are" then Rocks music playing. The match will also probably be entertaining too.
Winner - Mr. Kennedy.
Match Length - 18:07
The Undertaker vs. Umaga
Reason - Originally, I had Jericho facing Taker but then I remembered about Umaga. I've been in love with the idea of an Umaga and Taker rivalry since the rumors started years ago.
Winner - Preferably, Umaga. No problem if Taker wins though.
Match Length - 17:50
Intercontinental Championship Chris Jericho (c) vs. CM Punk
Reason - The second I remembered Jericho and Punks matches, I immidiately wanted to have Jericho vs. Punk instead. The IC title is added in there just so it can be on the line. I'm giving them enough time, and on the grandest stage, this match would be killer.
Winner - Doesn't matter. Jericho, if I had to pick but the match would be so amazing the winner really doesn't matter.
Match Length - 19:41
UFC vs. WWE Brock Lesnar vs. John Cena
Reason - Ever since MTM posted that thread, this match has been glued in my head. I know they faced before but never under these circumstances.
Winner - Brock Lesnar. He is helping out WWE so the least they could do is have him win. Although, I don't have a problem with Cena winning.
Match Length - 21:38
World Heavyweight Championship Triple H (c) vs. Shawn Michaels
Reason - If I need to explain this, then you need to start watching wrestling.
Winner - Shawn Michaels.
Match Length - 28:43
Women's Championship Ten Diva Open Mickie James (c) vs. Maria vs. Victoria vs. Maryse vs. Trish Stratus vs. Lita vs. Natalya vs. Beth Phoenix vs. Melina vs. Gail Kim
Reason - I loved the cruiserweight one a Wrestlemania XX and I figured the concept was good for divas.
Winner - Maria.
Match Length - 13:09
Hulk Hogan vs. Stone Cold Steve Austin
Reason: Biggest match in history. The two biggest draws, collide. The two who defined an entire decade, collide. The atmosphere alone would be reason to watch it.
Winner - Who cares!? I can imagine at the end, Hogan doing his ear taunts to all four sides while Austin does his beer thing on all four corners.
Match Length - 16:48
WWE Championship Kurt Angle (c) vs. Chris Benoit
Reason: In twenty minutes, these two put on one of my all time favorite matches. They've had classic encounter after encounter. This would not disappoint. Another simple, I don't need to explain though.
Winner - Chris Benoit.
Match Length - 35:25 (needs to be exact, personal reasons).Okay, so there's my dream Wrestlemania card. What are your guys dream Wrestlemania card?

| For the whole sake of the post rampage, I'm going to be posting my thoughts on this card and those that will follow. - Affy wrote:
- Main Event
WWE Championship Christian Cage vs. Edge Great main event. Wouldn't be the best of the my matches on the card but would be a great way to end the show. - Quote :
- Co-Main Event
World Heavyweight Championship-Rematch from WM 20 Shawn Michaels vs. Triple H vs. Chris Benoit As much as I loved this match, not sure how great it would be to see that main event for the third time. Of course, it's not like all my matches were fresh, so no problem. - Quote :
- Bret Hart vs. Kurt Angle
Easily the match of the night from your card. It be amazing to see these two wrestlers go at it. - Quote :
- Intercontinental Championship
Eddie Guerrero vs. Chris Jericho This could very well be an amazing match as well but I don't see this being better than Angle vs. Hart. - Quote :
- John Cena vs. The Rock
This would of made my card if it wasn't for the whole Lesnar thing. I think a lot of people want to see this and I'm sure it would be a great match. - Quote :
- CM Punk vs. Rob Van Dam
I don't recall these two ever wrestling before except it matches like the Extreme Elmination Chamber. In that match, those two offense against eachother was the best and they have similar styles so this match should be off the hook. Would have to be really something, but I guess this would be closest to beating Angle vs. Hart. - Quote :
- Randy Orton vs. John Morrison
Not feeling this one. Just isn't something I'd go out of my way to ever watch but definitely isn't something that I would make me not want to watch this PPV. - Quote :
- Undisputed Tag Team Championship
Undertaker and Kane vs. ShoMiz Shows inclusion kind of ruins it for me. Other than that, seeing the Brothers of Destruction reunite would be awesome and I'm a fan of the Miz so Show doesn't hinder it too much. - Quote :
- Womens Championship
Trish Stratus vs. Beth Phoenix If I remember, this is who Trish fought when she returned for one night. That was a good showing and at Mania it'd be much better so I'd happily watch this. - Quote :
- Money In The Bank
Rey Mysterio vs. Evan Bourne vs. MVP vs. Jeff Hardy vs. Matt Hardy vs. Shelton Benjamin vs. Umaga Fits for the whole spot heavy thing with Money in the Bank. As everyone in the match is really athletic. Umaga probably being the least but for his size that's still impressive. Overall, a solid card. I definitely get it. - stl311 wrote:
Money in the Bank Ladder MatchDeAngelo Dinero vs John Morrison vs Rob Van Dam vs Shannon Moore vs Christopher Daniels vs AJ Styles Winner: DeAngelo Dinero Not a fan that RVD loses his undefeated streak at Wrestlemania. Anyways, the match itself looks good. Dinero is Burke right? Good to see him get a win. - Quote :
- Battle of the Beasts
Kane vs Samoa Joe
Winner: Samoa Joe This match seems very interesting. Right now, I'd rather see this than the Money in the Bank match. Not to high that Samoa Joe is the winner but I've been a fan of Kane before I was even a fan of wrestling so that comes as no surpise. - Quote :
- Four Team Ultimate X Tag Titles Match
Motor City Machine Guns vs The Hardy Boyz vs Paul London and Brian Kendrick vs Edge and Christian
Winners: Paul London and Brian Kendrick Rather not have Edge and Christian teaming after all this time. Other than that the match is solid and one of the best matches on the entire card. - Quote :
- ECW vs Wolfpac
Team 3D and Tommy Dreamer vs Hall, Nash, and X-Pac
Winners: Team ECW Not a fan of this. Out of all six guys, I'm a fan of Dreamer. Team 3D can be good though, but I'd most likely skip over this match on DVD and such if this PPV was releasd. - Quote :
- Intercontinental Title Match
Drew McIntyre vs Shawn Michaels
Winner: Shawn Michaels One of my personal favorites on the card. I think Shawn and Drew would have amazing chemistry together. - Quote :
- Grudge Match
Hardcore Holly vs Ken Anderson
Winner: No Contest after Shoot Fight Breaks out. The actually match intrigues me but the ending doesn't. - Quote :
- World Heavyweight Title Match
Goldberg vs Undertaker
Winner: Time Limit Draw Once again, the match intrigues but the ending doesn't. I'd actually love to see Goldberg vs. Undertaker but it's Mania and I don't think the World title match should end in a time limit draw. - Quote :
- WWE Title Match
John Cena vs Batista vs Sheamus
Winner: Sheamus Best part of the match, Sheamus winning. Looks like a interesting main event and it sure is going to do wonders with Sheamus, having beating these two in a triple threat for the WWE championship. A con is that it's not the main event. - Quote :
- Main Event Invasion Style War Games Winner Takes All
Team WWE Vince McMahon, Triple H, Bret Hart, and Randy Orton vs Team TNA Jeff Jarrett, Hulk Hogan, Sting, and Kurt Angle
Winner: Jeff Jarrett makes Vince McMahon tap out with a figure four leglock. This could leave to quite a bit of interesting combinations, Orton/Sting and Angle/Hart jump to mind. I don't think this match should be last, in my opinion, a title match should always close Mania. - Quote :
- This would be like a TNA Invasion Angle of course.
Which is one of the reasons I wouldn't rank this high. I prefer Afflictions card but this one still has high points to it and I wouldn't have a problem watching it.

| I've tried to limit the amount of TNA wrestlers and am working on current age limits so no dead wrestlers. I'm also taking into consideration star power so someone like Jimmy Jacobs isn't on the card despite how highly I rate him. Something like this would be cool... Money In the Bank Matt Hardy vs Evan Bourne vs Shelton Benjamin vs John Morrison vs MVP vs Batista vs Rob Van Dam vs Sabu Winner: Matt Hardy
US Title The Miz (c) vs Daniel Bryan Winner: Daniel Bryan
Kurt Angle vs Rey Mysterio Winner: Kurt Angle
6-Man Tag Randy Orton, Ted DiBiase & Cody Rhodes vs Huk Hogan, Kevin Nash & X-Pac Winners: Legacy
House of Fun John Cena vs Raven Winner: John Cena
Triple H vs Brock Lesnar Winner: Brock Lesnar
World Heavyweight Title Chris Jericho (c) vs Jeff Hardy vs Matt Hardy [MITB cash-in] Winner: Matt Hardy
GM Spot vs Hair Steve Austin vs CM Punk Winner: CM Punk, Austin would shave Punk's hair anyway
WWE Title Edge (c) vs Christian [Royal Rumble Winner] Winner: Christian
The Rock vs Shawn Michaels Winner: The Rock
Streak vs Career The Undertaker vs Sting Winner: The Undertaker

| This would probably be my star studded one, No mid-card or low-cards for meh! Opener:Rated RKO Vs Dudley Boyz(c) - [Tag Team Championship][HardCore Match] Feud: Starts off with the Dudley boys being assholes and making fun of RKO. The duo is enraged and they ambush Spike Dudley backstage. Spike is out and hospitalized. The Feud begins. Winners: Rated RKO Take the belts home. Money In The Bank:AJ Styles Vs Jeff Hardy Vs Matt Hardy Vs Rob Van Dam Vs Kane Vs Christian Vs Big Show Vs Evan Bourne Vs Rey Mysterio With Either AJ, Van Dam or Christian taking it home. Fatal Fourway Elimination Match For The Womens BeltGail Kim Vs Glamazon(c) Vs Victoria Vs Trish Stratus Gail Kim is eliminated first by Beth, Victoria is eliminated by Trish and Trish Pins Beth after a long match. The Two hug at the end before Trish hits the tired beth with a chick kick, turning Trish from face to heel. InterContinental Championship:CM Punk(c) Vs Eddie Guerrero Winner: Eddie Guerrero with a cheap shot followed by a quick runaway. Face CM Punk follows only to be ambushed by Chavo and Eddie. United States Championship:Chris Benoit(c) Vs Chris Jericho Winner: Chris Jericho with a Crippler Crossface to mock Benoit. Million Dollar Championship: Ted Dibiase Jr(c) Vs Tyson Kidd Winner: Tyson Kidd who will then side with Ted Dibiase Sr and Feud against Jr. WWE ChampionshipThe Rock(c) Vs Stone Cold Steve Austin Winner: The Rock with a Rocks Bottom and some help from Mick Foley. 3 Stages Of Hell:Brock Lesnar Vs The Undertaker Winner: Taker after a Hell In The Cell Match followed by a HardCore Match Followed by a Submission Match. With Taker Winning 2-1. Lesnar wins the first match with a F-5. Taker Wins The secound with the last ride from a ladder onto outside the ring. Taker wins with the hells gate. Bra and Panties Match(For the eyes): Maria Vs Kelly Kelly Winner: Draw Both End Up Naked. Iron Man Match For World Heavyweight Championship:I'm not copying Y2J X or anything but.... Triple H(c) Vs Shawn Michaels Winner: Shawn Michaels wins after 2 pins to 2 with HHH's last pin coming right before the match time ends. The match moves onto a final pin where Shawn Michaels pulls it off with a Sweet Chin Music at the stage near the titantron. | |

Money In the BankMatt Hardy vs Evan Bourne vs Shelton Benjamin vs John Morrison vs MVP vs Batista vs Rob Van Dam vs Sabu Winner: Matt Hardy Solid Money in the Bank. Once again, not a fan of Van Dams streak ending. Anyways, not sure how entertaining Batista would be in it but I understand why you'd have him in there. Good to see Hardy get the win ... god that sounds weird to say. - Quote :
- US Title
The Miz (c) vs Daniel Bryan Winner: Daniel Bryan This could be a really great match depending on how much technical wrestling Daniel decides to use. If he is still mainly doing high flying moves than my interest decreases but still should be at least a decent match. - Quote :
- Kurt Angle vs Rey Mysterio
Winner: Kurt Angle This could be a very good match. Mysterio can still have good matches when working with the right people (ie. Taker, and Morrison [that's about it for me]) and Kurt Angle is a phenominal wrestler so it's hard to imagine it being bad. - Quote :
- 6-Man Tag
Randy Orton, Ted DiBiase & Cody Rhodes vs Huk Hogan, Kevin Nash & X-Pac Winners: Legacy Not feeling this one. Especially if your going by current age limits because I can't imagine being overly entertained by Hogan, Nash, or Pac. Plus, I never liked Legacy. - Quote :
- House of Fun
John Cena vs Raven Winner: John Cena Had to check exactly what this was (also learned that Raven actually pitched the match idea, so he legitimately came up with it). I don't what to think, I don't think it'd be bad. It's one of those matches I'd have to see. - Quote :
- Triple H vs Brock Lesnar
Winner: Brock Lesnar I'd love to see this match. I don't think it ever happened and I'd love to see it. Both are great wrestlers and their styles would work great together. - Quote :
- World Heavyweight Title
Chris Jericho (c) vs Jeff Hardy vs Matt Hardy [MITB cash-in] Winner: Matt Hardy Wait, Matt cashes in to be a part of the match, not after the match? Doesn't sound logical and pretty dumb on his part. Aside from that, the match without Matt wouldn't be too great. I remember watching Jeff versus Jericho on Smackdown and Jeff just really appeared sloppy in that match. Good to Matt Hardy win. - Quote :
- GM Spot vs Hair
Steve Austin vs CM Punk Winner: CM Punk, Austin would shave Punk's hair anyway Aw, I don't want to see Punk lose his hair. Anyways, seems like a good idea. Fits with Austins character and the match would at least be enjoyable. - Quote :
- WWE Title
Edge (c) vs Christian [Royal Rumble Winner] Winner: Christian I've said this on Afflictions, sound like a great match. Not high on the ordering here though. I don't like it whenever one of two main title matches don't close the show. - Quote :
- The Rock vs Shawn Michaels
Winner: The Rock One of the matches of the night. I'd put Christian/Edge and HHH/Lesnar over this one or at least good challenges for these. Oh, and what you have for the main event. - Quote :
- Streak vs Career
The Undertaker vs Sting Winner: The Undertaker This would just be an amazing match. Still think it fits better as a fantasy never to be realized but just thinking about it is awesome. - Eat-Those-Ruffles wrote:
- This would probably be my star studded one, No mid-card or low-cards for meh!
Opener:
Rated RKO Vs Dudley Boyz(c) - [Tag Team Championship][HardCore Match]
Feud: Starts off with the Dudley boys being assholes and making fun of RKO. The duo is enraged and they ambush Spike Dudley backstage. Spike is out and hospitalized. The Feud begins.
Winners: Rated RKO Take the belts home. The feud doesn't seem to great but I can see it and it makes sense. This would be a great opener and possibly one of the best. The Dudleys are best in this enviroment and both Edge and Orton had matches that are known by fans as hardcore classics. Plus, I loved Rater RKO so it'd just be cool to see them together. A possible show stealer as the first match, kind of like it. - Quote :
- Money In The Bank:
AJ Styles Vs Jeff Hardy Vs Matt Hardy Vs Rob Van Dam Vs Kane Vs Christian Vs Big Show Vs Evan Bourne Vs Rey Mysterio
With Either AJ, Van Dam or Christian taking it home. Yeah, Van Dam's streak may not end. I don't get why Show is in though. Kane fits as the big guy there to take some of the bigger spots and Show isn't really enjoyable to watch in regular match, definitely wouldn't be entertaing in a ladder match. The rest of it seems good though. - Quote :
- Fatal Fourway Elimination Match For The Womens Belt
Gail Kim Vs Glamazon(c) Vs Victoria Vs Trish Stratus
Gail Kim is eliminated first by Beth, Victoria is eliminated by Trish and Trish Pins Beth after a long match. The Two hug at the end before Trish hits the tired beth with a chick kick, turning Trish from face to heel. Seems like a good match and nice to see Stratus winning. Although, Gail seems a bit out of place but it doesn't matter. She certainly won't hinder the match. Nice to see Trish turning heel too. - Quote :
- InterContinental Championship:
CM Punk(c) Vs Eddie Guerrero
Winner: Eddie Guerrero with a cheap shot followed by a quick runaway. Face CM Punk follows only to be ambushed by Chavo and Eddie. Another possible show stealer. Just noticed how Punk seems to get screwed at this mania and MFs, kind of funny. Anyways, this match could easily be a show stealer as both Guerrero and Punk are great wrestlers. - Quote :
- United States Championship:
Chris Benoit(c) Vs Chris Jericho
Winner: Chris Jericho with a Crippler Crossface to mock Benoit. These two had a tremendous ladder match (only one from there rivalry I saw) and I just know that these two could easily steal the show. I'd rather have Benoit win but it doesn't matter. - Quote :
- Million Dollar Championship:
Ted Dibiase Jr(c) Vs Tyson Kidd
Winner: Tyson Kidd who will then side with Ted Dibiase Sr and Feud against Jr. Not sure why the Million Dollar championship has to be invovled in this. Doesn't seem to really add anything to the match. Anyways, this match is of a show stealing quality to me but it seems like a good match. - Quote :
- WWE Championship
The Rock(c) Vs Stone Cold Steve Austin
Winner: The Rock with a Rocks Bottom and some help from Mick Foley. Not high on this. Don't think we need four Rock vs. Austin Mania matches. Although, it does equal up the score. I'm not sure if I'd like the match. I didn't like their match at Mania X7 and everyone seems to be leaning to as that being the best of the three. - Quote :
- 3 Stages Of Hell:
Brock Lesnar Vs The Undertaker
Winner: Taker after a Hell In The Cell Match followed by a HardCore Match Followed by a Submission Match. With Taker Winning 2-1. Lesnar wins the first match with a F-5. Taker Wins The secound with the last ride from a ladder onto outside the ring. Taker wins with the hells gate. Honestly, seems like overkill. While Lesnar and Takers Hell in a Cell match is easily one of the best, I don't think we need that again. Also think it's a little ridiculous to assume that after that they'll be able to compete at the same level for the other two matches. Unless they spend little time in Hell in a Cell match, but then it's kind of a, "Why have that here" feeling. It may be good but I wouldn't be looking forward to it. - Quote :
- Bra and Panties Match(For the eyes):
Maria Vs Kelly Kelly
Winner: Draw Both End Up Naked. Love it, easily a show stealer. Maybe afterwards, they'll reanact the Kelly expose with Candice instead with Maria or they'll just make out. Anyways, if I had one complaint, it'd be that there are better looking divas than Kelly Kelly to pick. That's not much of a complaint though. - Quote :
- Iron Man Match For World Heavyweight Championship:
I'm not copying Y2J X or anything but....
Triple H(c) Vs Shawn Michaels
Winner: Shawn Michaels wins after 2 pins to 2 with HHH's last pin coming right before the match time ends. The match moves onto a final pin where Shawn Michaels pulls it off with a Sweet Chin Music at the stage near the titantron. Would be stellar, another possible show stealer.

Well I either like Matt Hardy as a real babyface or a comedy heel like in the V1 era. I get the feeling that he's the kinda guy who wouldn't want to take the easy way out and cash in after Jericho/Jeff. His thinking would be that he really wants to prove he's a great wrestler by winning the World Title legitimately, and showing he's on his brothers level if not above it. And yeah, that Smackdown match was sloppy but go back to No Way Out 2003 and Jericho/Jeff open the show with an awesome match so if they could recreate that magic with Matt thrown in then it should be good at least.
