| - WWE has changed the live event on August 29th in Newark, New Jersey from a SmackDown show to a RAW show. Jack Swagger vs. Big Show with Ricky Steamboat as referee was advertised but now John Cena vs. Sheamus in a cage match, Randy Orton vs. Chris Jericho and The Miz vs. R-Truth is being advertised.
- It's said that WWE released Savannah partly because of her messing up some lines on a recent episode of NXT when she was interviewing Wade Barrett.
- WWE is making plans for a season three of NXT. The current season ends in late August and WWE has the SyFy slot until the end of September so SmackDown can debut on the network in October. There's no word yet on where a third season of NXT will air.

| I don't see why NXT can't still air on SyFy. SD will be on Friday nights, so why not keep NXT right where it is? | |

| Probably a network decision. They perhaps didn't want to move or cancel another show to make room for NXT on their schedule since they'll already have another wrestling show on their programming. | |
