In Your Opionion Who Is The Best Wreslter Ever


I will have to go with my man Sting,he has done everything in the business and has been my favorite wrestler of all time since I was a kid.

You're missing the best WRESTLER ever: Dynamite Kid. In his prime, he was untouchable. But if terms of all- round performer I'd say Shawn Michaels or Ric Flair. Both men have been consistantly great wrestlers and ooze charisma. Both are legends and have played crucial parts in the evolution of the wrestling industry. I can understand most people on that list but what is Lex Luger doing there? He just plain sucks. There's loads of guys you missed out which were much better and made more of an impact than Triple H and Luger. People like Roddy Piper, Steve Austin, Owen Hart, Shane Douglas, Dusty Rhodes, The Rock, Mick Foley, Ole Anderson, Arn Anderson, Tully Blanchard, The Undertaker, Dynamite Kid, Chris Benoit, Eddie Guerrero, Vader, Bam Bam Bigelow and many more.

I'd say Bret Hart or The Rock

How is it that Lou Thezs, The Rock and Steve Austin aren't on this list, but Lex Luger is?

Anyways, Ric Flair for sure. It's a tough call between him, Hogan, and Austin. But Flair could wrestle one hour with the absolute worst of the worst and have an amazing performance. Even today he's still one of the best workers in the world.

Great technical wrestler, had the look, and was a consistant performer throughout his career.

Ric Flair was great but there is alot of wrestlers that aren't listed

Classy Freddy Blassie was one of the original greats
Jimmy "Superfly" Snuka was the first Jeff Hardy before there was a Jeff Hardy
Ron Simmons was the first black WCW Champion and a multiple tag team champion
Chris Benoit was the best TECHNICAL wrestler ever...yes better then Bret Hart and he was massively underrated for the longest time...

I voted Flair,but u can put Austin on it too.

Damn this is one shit list seriosuly anyway here is my opinion on eavh guy and my final choice:

Sting : Is a nine time world champion and is one of the greatest wrestlers to never be involved with a mcmahon.He has dominated WCW and TNA with his great creative ideas and great in ring performance.He may never be as good as he use to be but he is still a great wrestler and great enhancment to TNA's talent.

Hulk Hogan : Easily the most decorated wrestler of all time.He has made wrestling what it is today with all the hype, Superhero type like and even the intensity and attitude wrestling has today.

Ric Flair : Considered the best world champion of all time.Well 16 times cant be wrong.He puts every thing he has in every match and is soon coming to an end but he is still the nature boy and is one of the best wrestlers ever.

Triple H :The Game has really proved him self to wrestling in the last 7 years.He is for sure a future hall of famer and easily one of the best wrestlers to compete in a WWE ring.Wheater he is the game or the king of kings he is always at his best and you are always guaranteed a top match.

Lex Luger :Maybe not the best wrestler but this guy was very good when he wasnt to close to the camera.What i mean by this is that when the camera was on him he rvealed the "FAKENESS" in pro wrwstling.But dont let that fool you.He had the stamina,intensity and in ring ability to deserve those 2 WCW world title reigns.

Kurt Angle :In My Opinion the most talented in this list of in ring ability.Angle has it all power,agility,rage,technical skill,stamina and of course the 3 I's.Angle deserves to be a future hall of famer and good chance he will be.

Bret Hart :The greatest technical wrestler of all time.He has been successful on every wrestling buissness he has been on and is considered one of the best and is a hall of famer.

HBK :Im gonna get some huge heat for this but i think HBK is overated.He bugs me how he has to overplay everything.Example:his flip in the corner in every freaking match.None the less he puts on top class matches and great promos.

People who should of been included: The rock,SCSA,Taz,Bruno sammartino,Bob backlund,Macho man,Nash,Hall,Bam Bam bigelow,Taz,The franchise,The dudleys,The briscoes and many others.

My verdict though has to be bret hart just look at his success in his carrer.

You did miss alot of fantastic wrestlers and added some people that really shouldn't be considered the best for example Triple H and Lex Luger both of them kind of suck. But I agree with what Mattitude says to a certain degree Dynamite Kid in his prime and at his best was untouchable, he was such an awesome wrestler. Alot better than the garbage that TNA and WWE have. But don't take my word for it search for any Dynamite Kid vs Tiger Mask match they were amazing each time. And I believe that Dynamite Kid's classic encounters with Tiger Mask broke the barriers in terms of small wrestlers in wrestling.

However I believe there is one wrestler that even surpassed Dynamite Kids wrestling ability and that is Jack Brisco, not familiar? I am not surprised really. Not many people have heard of him. But Jack Brisco mastered College wrestling never losing a point, and from College wrestling went on to be at the top of the mountain in proffessional wrestling. By winning the the most pretigous title at that time, the NWA World title. That may be not a big deal now to alot of young fans probably because now titles don't mean anything but back then it meant a hell of alot.

Jack Brisco was a great worker in the ring, and I know Flair gets alot of credit for making people look better than they could ever make themselves look, but Jack Brisco can make his opponent look absolutely amazing. He could give anyone a good match, Jack can also potray the Heel and the face role perfectly.

Thats why I find it really dissapointing when people haven't heard of Jack Brisco and Jack Brisco also has the respect oif his peers and is considered one of the greatest of all time by Ric Flair, now that is one hell of a compliment.

As terms of in your list I will go for HBK, he is a great all round wrestler can go the distance with anyone. And tries his best to reinvent himself every match unlike some people *cough*Bret Hart*cough*.

Definatly the Undertaker is at the top of my list....Right behind of it would be Bret Hart and Triple H...All three have different styles so they really can't just say one

I'm sorry but picking The Undertaker, The Rock, Steve Austin and Triple H over Ric Flair, Dynamite Kid, Chris Benoit, Ricky Steamboat and Shawn Michaels is ridiculous in my opinion. The poll is about the best wrestler not the most charismatic or the guy with the best mic skills or even the guy with the total package like The Rock. It's talking about wrestling and yes the four I listed earlier where and some still are decent wrestlers but wrestling isn't their main skill. The Undertaker's is his gimmick, Triple H's is his mic skills, Austin's is the attitude and Rock's is his charisma. Their wrestling is good but come on, best ever? No way. If I asked you to name classic matches involving those four, I bet you many would involve shortcuts like gimmick matches and weapons. The best actual wrestler was Dynamite Kid. Then Flair, Benoit, HBK and Steamboat.

I think people are mixing favourite wrestlers up with best wrestlers.
