The Latest News on Jack Swagger & Evan Bourne

One reason given for why Evan Bourne and ECW Champion Jack Swagger didn't have matches at WrestleMania 25 is because there's a feeling that they haven't been in the business long enough to earn a spot on WWE's biggest show. Regarding Swagger, there was also a feeling that he would have another bad performance like he did at No Way Out with Finlay, as mentioned earlier.

yeah but Ashley WWE NEEDED divas for that match. Did Tiffany have a big part ... No. It is different when you have 25 girls in a ring prepared to 2 guys.

Also, I disagree. Evan Bourne i feel would be fine live, I see no problem with it what so ever. Swagger though was terrible at No Way Out but he is ECW Champion so to me he needs to perform on the grand stage of them all. No argument about it.

If WWE wasn't ready for Swagger to appear at Wrestlemania, why does he have the ECW title on him? Why didn't they strip it after that match against Finlay (that I apparently have to go back and watch because everyone here says it was horrendous)?

As for Bourne, I can understand not having room on the card, but using his tenure with the company as a reason for not having him compete at Wrestlemania??? Nix Mark Henry from MITB, and enter Evan Bourne. You want a high spot? A picture-perfect shooting star press off of a ladder sounds like a breakout match to me.
