The Hillsborough County Medical Examiner ruled the death as a result of Oxycodone intoxication. Andrew Martin was found dead by his apartment neighbor n March 14th, 2009. He had just completed drug rehab, paid for by the WWE, due to his past addictions. His father and friends have stated in recent interviews that they thought he was doing much better since the rehab.

This is truly a shame, especially since he was being proactive in getting help and trying to turn his life around. I wonder if anyone will put partial blame on WWE for this. I feel for his family and friends. It's always tough to lose a loved one, but I'm sure that this feels even worse since everyone thought that he was getting better.
