Major Meeting Over WWE Title Today

There wasn't an announcement made on ECW this past Tuesday night as to who would be facing Randy Orton for the vacant WWE Championship at No Mercy because they still hadn't figured out what they were going to do yet. A meeting is scheduled for today to discuss the matter. McMahon is said to be very high on Randy Orton right now, feeling he is currently the hottest heel in the company. In a move that continues to make Orton look like the top candidate to get the title on Sunday, the WWE website has a video showing John Cena's surgery with Dr. James Andrews in Birmingham, Alabama yesterday. While the video mentions Cena's injury as taking place during a hip toss with Mr. Kennedy, they show the attack by Orton afterwards to make it appear as if he was the one who did the most damage.

i don't want orton or kennedy to have the belt.i think triple h deserves it.actually cena should have cause he worked hard for it.

If they give it to Kennedy, I'm gonna slit my throat. Seriously, I will. And H just got back, no way in hell he should get it this soon.

I want Orton to have it. We all know he was gonna get it from Cena eventually, I don't see any reason why they won't follow that plan now and make Randy champ.

orton will lose that belt if umaga goes up against him.

Orton sucks IMO. He's off the juice( c'mon just look at him) and he has no respect for the business, evidenced by the trouble he's been in backstage. I see a major swerve coming. Not sure how it's going to go down, but don't be surprised if someone that nobody ever saw coming ends up with the belt. I.E., it sure has been a while since the Dead Man wore the belt. Just speculating.

I think we'll see Taker involved in some way (otherwise why postpone the MVP/Hardy vs. Brothers of Destruction match), maybe they will have a battle royal to determine Ortons new opponent, or maybe they will just have a fatal four way, but I don't think he will win the Championship and move to Raw.. Smackdown needs him too bad and they already have plans for him to be in the World title match at Cyber Sunday.

doesnt taker have a reduced travel schedule, that would be a proble if he was champ on RAW because they always have the champ on every show! I would love to see Orton with the title, i would love to see Trips with it soon tho and Kennedy is a great champ in the making!!
