Saw Movies to have 3 more sequels

-Tobin Bell, Saw's now deceased John Kramer, aka Jigsaw, has confirmed that the trap-happy franchise will continue until at least part eight, as long as the audience remains faithful.

"I look forward to filling out the other pieces of the puzzle," says the Jigsaw killer, in an interview with horror site Bloody Disgusting. "There's some pieces that people still haven't seen."

Bell was speaking at the annual E3 gaming convention, publicising a Saw game for PS3 and Xbox that's he's voiced. It seems to be a puzzler based on the traps, with the player taking the role of, er, Danny Glover. The plan is that it'll be released in the autumn alongside Saw VI.

If it's a success, we'd like to suggest to the publishers Konami (Silent Hill) that a Billy the Puppet platformer for the Wii would be awesome.

Saw 8?

I somehow doubt it. Just seems a bit overboard. But the movies do have that something about them that makes em something above the extra horror flick. Always has some cool twists thrown into it. 8 is fucked up though.

When the first Saw came out, I think they had already signed for 6 more, so 8 doesn't seem to farfetched. A lot of horror movies tend to keep going. Friday the 13th and A Nightmare on Elm Street had 12 and 8 parts respectively and with the horror movie industry going the way it is, Saw is going to be the top draw every year on Halloween.

I am a huge Saw fan and plan to see them in theatres in October every year that they come out, good or bad. I'm sure that there are other fans that are the same way which makes 8 movies entirely feasible. I am very much looking forward to the sixth movie this year.

Saw 8? Ugh. The Saw movies had great suspense and twists but I felt Saw 5 was pretty weak. The story wasn't as good that time round, the whole thing seemed sluggish and samey but then again I'm not usually a fan of these kinda movies anyway. I'm pretty sure from 5-8 the movies will be worse than 1-4. I generally believe no movie should go past a 4th edition due to the writers running out of ideas and putting out meh stuff. I think that'll be the case with Saw 6-8 and that genre isn't my thing anyway so I doubt I'll watch them unless I hear a strong reccomendation.
