Well, I made my mistakes, and now, I think it's time for me to return, and actually show up.

My apologies for the terrible first run, I'll put more effort in next time.

I don't believe this is Slegna. I have spoken to this guy on MSN before and have seen his account on FMW. However, Seth and Slegna have been told me that Slegna has at least one account here on CGS. Seth wouldn't tell me who it was [yes, what a great mod he is] but seeing as whoever it was didn't *seem* to be posting, I just forgot about it. However, I suggest Seth informs the admins of who this account is as soon as possible because Slegna has been hanging round CGS on the chatbox recently.

I love how you assume Slegna told me what his account was. If I knew what it was I'd tell you, but I don't have a clue either.

He's a fucking genius, I highly doubt we will figure it out unless he tells us. We could check IPs but knowing Slegna he is probably using a proxy server, upon which the only way we'd figure it out is if someone had 20 different IP postings.

More time and effort than it is worth if he isn't posting.

I can't help but doubt that. Why wouldn't he tell you? This morning I had a conversation on the chatbox with Slegna and Savant. I mentioned I knew Slegna had an account which Seth hadn't informed me of exactly. Neither said 'oh Seth doesn't know about it'. Savant simply said 'lololsethrules'. This seems to suggest you do know and by not telling me you've earned some kinda respect from him and Slegna.

I think it's fairly obvious you want Slegna back on CGS. I also think it's fairly obvious you prefer him to me. So it's not hard to believe he's told you, as you seem to be quite good friends, and you then decided not to inform me due to one of the longstanding issues you have with me. If that's not the case then my bad but you can't really prove otherwise because I can't take your word for it right now, and I certainly can't take Slegna's.

Yeah, Slegna uses proxy servers and probably is with this account. But if we can we should seek to ban this account. Why? Because he attacked CGS before and is a banned member. Therfore he shouldn't be allowed access to CGS. So if it's possible, this account should be banned or deleted. If not then we'll live with it.

I know he has the account, the name of the account I don't have. If I had it I'd tell you, but I don't have the name of the account. He told me he had an account, the name wasn't told. To be honest, we don't talk about it because we both know he didn't attack anything.

Simply put, he changed a logo that he had hosted on photobucket. We were dumb enough to host the logo ourselves without putting it on one of our photobuckets, so when Slegna left and he decided to remove the logo and replace it with whatever it was, and when he did it changed all our logos to that.

An attack would be what was done to Affy's site, Slegna just simply changed something.

Truth be told it was more of the staff's fault for not realizing they hadn't hosted the logo on Slegna's photobucket after Alex and Slegna got into it.

Had one of the staff noticed it (I would of if I was around) then we could of hosted it ourself and then we could of avoided this all, and Slegna probably wouldn't be banned.

Point is, while it was dirty on Slegna's part, it was just as stupid on our part. We can chalk up that we missed it, because we did.

STL you are trying to place the blame on the staff. The truth is HE DID IT. End of Story, Is Bolton coming back? how about MVP? Ohh what about Bandit? ... So why should Slegna be aloud here. He broke the rules you created, It wasn't the staffs fault. It was the person who was running the E-Fed at the time and got the images from Slegna. Who I believe was you If I am not mistaking.

I covered most of this complete BS in another thread. That you're trying to justify what he did and shift the blame to the CGS staff is ridiculous on your part.

I honestly can't recall ever really fighting with Slegna. There were a couple of posts on Bolton's Ask Me thread where I said I think he acts rather elitist and arrogant concerning CGS. But still, it was literally like a post or two each and didn't even get that heated. If it was a fight then as a staff member myself who frequently encourages peoplt to take it to the feud, I would have naturally taken it to the feud. But it was more of a debate, to be honest. So for him to get upset enough to do what he did is pretty perplexing in my opinion.

Exactly. Seth, you ran the e-fed so if you want to place the blame on anybody other than Slegna than take a look in the mirror. It was you who didn't get them hosted on another account and it was you who [and Bolton to a lesser extent] who used Slegna's graphics. When me and SOL ran the fed, we didn't use them so therefore only you and Bolton could be considered for the blame here.

The staff's fault? Am I missing something here? Weren't you the one who trusted Slegna in the first place when you made Exile FMW-lite? Don't blame the staff Seth, we were the ones who took those disgusting images off the site.

He did it, yes. But it is his photobucket account, so going completely off about it isn't going to help.

Yes, it would have. That way he wouldn't have been able to do that later on, would he?

It is his PB accout but if he wanted to upload pictures of gore/scat porn he could have uploaded it seperately. There is no excuse for his actions and there is no point trying to justify them, Seth.

We can all be held accountable? No. You, Bolton and Slegna himself can be for using his graphics. How can you hold other GMs since then accountable when they didn't use his graphics? Were they supposed to go back through every old post just in case Slegna did that? No, that's ridiculous. You cannot feasibly expect anybody to do that in any situation. It's being paranoid and safety conscious to the extreme. I really doubt you yourself would have done it had you been around. Who would think of old graphics we hadn't even used in months? And who would think Slegna would do something like that anyway? Maybe those who knew him well but none of us did. So don't point the finger at anybody but Slegna, Bolton and yourself.

Outsmarted is a stretch really although I know you're trying to use that as a putdown. It fails really because like I said, nobody could anticipate such a move. It's only outsmarting somebody if there was the potential for them to realise it could happen in the first place and didn't see what they could do to prevent it. All he did was change an image to some gore/scat porn. It doesn't take much brains but if that's what you want to consider ingenius then each to their own. And it does matter because it's a huge black mark on whether he will be unbanned or not - something which you and your buddies are for.

I'm no longer commenting on this, I've said what I needed to say and there is nothing else needed.

If you wish to try and make it the staffs fault as well then the peopel at fault are Slegna and YOU. Why? You were GM at the time and YOU used the photo from his PB accounts, not the rest of the staff, YOU. Its not the rest of the staffs fault that you made a move that you yourself are claiming to be illogical, its your fault.

He did it, and as you (in some sense said) YOU were not on top of it.
