WWE Looking for a Major WrestleMania Angle

- While Brock Lesnar most likely will not have a role at WrestleMania 27, those in WWE were really hoping it would happen and it was more than just a fantasy.

Vince McMahon had been invested in the idea since mid-October. Vince knew ahead of time about everything that went down with Lesnar and Undertaker at the UFC pay-per-view. The number of people within WWE who knew about it before it happened is very small.

Vince realizes that it will be hard to do a good number or WrestleMania next year just relying on their current roster. Including the Lesnar idea, Vince has pursued three major out-of-the-box ideas for WrestleMania. The other two ideas, while known to some, have not been reported yet.

At this point, WWE is heavily looking at bringing in people who are not in the wrestling business for WrestleMania 27 and are wanting to headline the show with an "outsider" angle.

Outsider angle and Lesnar for mania sadden me. Wrestlemania could be a springboard for some young star's careers, and I feel Mania 27 might not be up to par.

Says it all dnt it, you have supposedly the biggest Wrestling company in the world, but still they feel they cant generate enough buzz for there biggest night of the year.

The thing on why they cant get that Buzz, is because the night would just be an ordinary night, thats why they want celebs, to make it different

Twas a joke...their match at Mania 25 was horrible. 26 was great though, they'll never be able to repeat/beat it.

I was actually thinking it'd be great to see Taker/Cena. At this point in their careers I'd say we could get a great show out of them.

Almost every single Mania has had some "outsider" come to Mania. It started way back with having Mr T in a Mania, Ali as a ref, and so on. I would be very happy to see Lesnar at Mania. I hate seeing half wit celebs that have nothing to do with wrestling or sports for that matter. Snoop, Kim Kardashin, blah blah blah. I don't want to see any celebs like that as part of Mania, but Brock would be awesome. I don't think it is fair to question WWE for doing stuff like this. WWE is the biggest brand in wrestling and one of the largest in all of entertainment. It is because of this that they can get an A/B List celeb to be part of the biggest show in all of wrestling and one of the largest entertainment ventures on the planet.

Anyways, as long as Bieber doesn't make an appearance, I don't think I'll be complaining. I don't typically mind the celeb's they get for Mania, as they normally don't get involved with the wrestling.

the real fun here is watching the little hissy fits between members.

Outsiders being part of mania isn't bad, Outsiders being the focus of mania can be bad.

Is bad, unless it is someone like Brock. Someone that had a huge WWE career and left the WWE way before his prime.

Let's see...Goldberg, Nash, Steiner, DDP, Booker T, Sting and tons of former WCW main eventers are available...WrestleMania's in Atlanta...you figure it out Vince.
