JR Comments On Mike Adamle As ECW Announcer

I still think that he sucked a little less this week, but maybe it is because he said a little less this week...I know he got the job because he is getting paid big money and has powerfull friends, but if he doesn't get better, he will not have the job that long...Give it a few months and if he doesn't get better, he will not keep the job...and he is still better than Coach...

ECW needs to fold NOW!

I think that's exactly why, because he didn't speak hardly at all. And I think with his connection to McMahon he might just keep the job. I can't image him not improving at some point though. I felt like Tazz was trying to teach him the names of moves this week by doing the play by play. But better than Coach? At least Coach knows the wrestlers' names.

OK Coach does know the wrestlers names..It seems that Adamle wasn't really prepared for the job, so maybe he was as suprised as the rest of us..He should know the wrestlers names, but he is really new in wrestling, so he doesn't yey know how to call moves or matchs...Taz is doing a great job of caring Adamle and if Adamle doesn't get better, then he will be taken off the job. Coach was removed from SD this week, so just give it a little time.

As for his performance, he didn't call a single move!

Coach doesn't call moves and Cole doesn't call moves that often...He sucks, I understand, but he is new to wrestling and doesn't know the moves like die hard fans, you and I, do....If doesn't get better, he will be replaced, just give it time...

I can't believe nobody sees this. Don't you think Vince McMahon would have given Mike Adamle sufficient time to get trained if he had wished for him to appear remotely educated about wrestling at all??? Adamle's been getting so much heat from fans, and I think something off-air happened that just finally pushed his nerves to the breaking point... so he left. I can't say I blame him. Matt Striker mocked him in his segment, Tazz mocked him (which he would do regardless), and he even acknowledged himself that he's the laughing stock of the WWE right now.

I've been noticing this general trend, and this week has confirmed it. Vince McMahon is PURPOSEFULLY throwing stuff at us that he KNOWS we're not going to like. I personally believe he's playing dangerously, and that if he continues on this line, he'll be out quite a large portion of viewers. If we're going to be treated to classic matches that don't get finished and announcers who don't know anything about wrestling, we're going to get pretty fed up.

All I can say is, I hope they don't try to keep using Adamle if they're not going to train him properly.

Maybe Vince gave him the job because he told Imberg that he would give him a chance back when the WWE returned to USA. As you all probably know USA is owned by NBC which is owned by GE

Well I disagree with some of your pros, but I do agree with all of your cons.

Their is too much air time with all of that talk and that's why RAW is SO BORING!

4. they got a good solid Tag division and main eventers.

They are ruining the tag division though - with some good matches, but mainly using Londrick to job in Handicap matches.

Pros:
1. Its entertaining with contraversy and stuff
2. In matches with people like John morrison,Jeff Hardy ect ect you see some good wrestling.
3.Their babes are just hot lol
4. they got a good solid Tag division and main eventers.
5. Their Womens division is really improving.
6. Superstars have awesome mic skills.
7. Superstars have a knack of pulling you into the match.

Cons:
1. Vince is and Asshole.
2. Superstars who plain look good are getting pushes which they don't deserve.
3. WWE is not using Superstars with good wrestling talent.
4. Superstar's movesets are highly restricted thus causing certain matches to be boring.
5. Matches plain too short.
6. Too much mic time and too little wrestling time.

Well thats all from the top of my head.

There are threads that are for TNA. This thread is about ECW commentary, so please stop posting stuff in threads where it doesn't belong because you all will get this thread locked up as well...This thread is about how bad Mike Adamle is at annoucing matches, not pro's and con's of the WWE...I am sure that there is a thread for that or TNAguy will start one..
