The very 1st Main Event @ TNA Lockdown and one of the most talked about matches EVER

It was a #1 Contender's Match for the NWA World Heavyweight Championship

"The Phenomenal" AJ Styles vs. The Monster Abyss in a Battle of Strength vs. Speed

Styles and Abyss have feuded over the prestigeous NWA World Heavyweight Championship back in the NWA-TNA Asylum Days in Nashville, TN

But this was another continuing rivalry

Abyss was in control of the match, but then AJ Styles was not only fighting Abyss inside of the 6-Sides of Steel.

But then, when Abyss took out the Thumbtacks, it was more of a Bloodbath

But @ the end, it was AJ Styles with the Styles Clash on the Thumbtacks to get the pin and the victory to win the match and a shot @ Jeff Jarrett for the NWA World Heavyweight Championship @ Hard Justice in May of 2005.
